Very Bad Experience

So my wife has a small business and has to have her products tested for EU and UK compliance and product safety.

This company was selected for a product to be sent to and tested as they were shown on Amazons list of approved testing facilitities

The items were sent, passed and a Test report and Certificate were issued. She provided these to Amazon who refused to accept them as they require the ILAC and CNAS logo and number on them to be deemed genuine.

I notified GIG about this, who have then stated they do NOT need to put them on the form and they have refused to do so.

So their reports are Not Compliant with Amazon terms and conditions. So I would avoid them
