I am writing to formally report an issue with my booking (Reference: 40049) for the Wahana Virendra 01 boat from Padang Bai to Gili Trawangan on July 16, 2025, at 11:00 AM.
Upon arriving at the harbor on time, I was informed that the boat was **fully booked** and we were **unable to board despite having confirmed tickets**. This caused significant inconvenience and forced us to delay our trip and book with a different company at additional cost.
This is unacceptable and I am requesting:
1. A **full refund** for both tickets.
2. A formal **explanation** of how a confirmed booking was overbooked.
3. Compensation for the inconvenience and additional costs.
Please respond within 3 business days. If no resolution is provided, I will proceed to file formal complaints with the Indonesian Consumer Protection body and post detailed reviews on relevant platforms.
