Great service. Imogen was lovely, she guided our son through the whole process of buying his first property explaining all details along the way. Alan Craig the best there is
I reached out to Gilson Gray solicitors to assist with the purchase of our new home. From the first moment it was seamless and a very well organised process.
Alan Craig, has got to be hands down the best Solicitor I have ever came across. Moving home is stressful enough, without having to worry about what is going on and chasing people. But with Alan, he was already four steps ahead of my questions, or concerns. Alan was always reachable, and responded extremely promptly and with all of my questions addressed. If it was not for Alan going above and beyond I would not be sat in my new house just now. He was very good at keeping on at seller’s side to ensure everything was moving the way it should.
Turned out to be quite a lot more work involved with my case, and Alan stepped up picking up on things others had missed and making sure I was protected and in the long run everything worked out.
I could not recommend Gilson Gray as a firm more. I come also not sing Alan Craig bigger praises.

APPALLING
APPALLING! Terrible communicators, not thorough or responsive or helpful. I bought a flat EIGHTEEN months ago and they do not respond with queries I send them, and I am left not actually knowing IF i really own my own flat or where the deeds are, despite many, many emails. Atrocious company, PLEASE avoid at all costs. I will be contacting the legal ombudsman very soon.

Kerri was very supportive at every part of my house purchase. This was even more important when it was discovered there were issues with the first house I had an offer accepted on and had to ultimately withdraw my offer. Kerri's knowledge and experience guided me through every step of the process.

Five stars to Rachel Greig
My solicitor Rachel Greig did a great job at getting my house sale and purchase completed on time - delays on the other side meant it was close to the wire but Rachel kept me informed throughout the day meaning I got my keys and into the property on tie.
She is a very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable solicitor and I would highly recommend her.
