Excellent and very helpfull customer service!
There was a mistake made by the delivery courrier and the package got lost. The delivery company did nothing for me and were no help at all. Gina Tricot (especially Martina from customer service) did however help me in the best way, going the extra mile while it wasn't even the fault of Gina Tricot that the package got lost. In the end all was fixed, with the help of the customer service from Gina Tricot. Great customer service, who are actually invested in their customers.

Great but need to be on more online retailers!
I have never been disappointed by their customer service and the quality of their products is amazing. Yes, some prices look a little bit expensive but it worths it. I wish they had more promo code and free shipping days (for Europe). Because sometimes, I really hesitate to order because of the shipping price so I have to wait if I can find the same product on Zalando.
But please, start selling your products on ASOS instead of Zalando. I have been waiting for it for years !!!! I am sure that the clothing selection will be more interesting because the Belgian Zalando has a lot of old Gina Tricot collections which is very annoying.

Perfect customer service
Perfect customer service! I ordered a pair of sunglasses that were already broken when delivered to me. I contacted Gina and included a picture of my item. Within short I received a very friendly message from Sandra saying that she had refunded the amount paid. This is excellent service, thanks Sandra!

I ordered clothes online and wanted to return half of it (over 100 euros). So i send it back to them with the labels on it and in a very good state. First, they gave the wrong sticker so the package came back to my home. Then i send it again and they told me the clothing was dirty so i couldn't get my money back. The option was to send it again to me for 5 euros or not send it back and not giving my money back. I said to them that i did not believe the damage because I only tried the clothing on 1 time. So if they could send me pictures of it. The customer service was HORRIBLE. They gave me no evidence and didn't do anything to help me. Then they send it back to me for the 5 euro, and the clothing is in perfect state, it doesn't smell has no damage and has all the labels on it. I even asked all of my friends and everyone is totally in shock by this bad customer service and by the fact that the clothing is in perfect state. I think the only reason they said this to me was because the clothing is not online anymore so they could not sell it anymore. I will NEVER buy here clothing again!

Ultimate scam
Do not buy here. I have returned my package 1,5 months ago and have a proof and tracking number. The tracking number doesn’t show the tracking process as according to DHL GinaTricot has chosen to block the visibility of this process. Even with the proof of the return and tracking number GinaTricot tells me I have not returned it. While in a former mail conversation they told me it had been arrived in Germany and only needed to be shipped to Sweden. So that proofs they are lying.
Dont buy here as it’s a scam!!

Bad customer service!!!!
I am really severely disappointed in this company.... My package has been missing for several weeks and DHL says it's with the neighbors. I have contacted dhl several times and they say I should contact gina tricot customer service about this. I have been trying for 3 weeks and I have tried several customer service emails but each time I get in touch with a customer care service employee. It seems like she is a robot who does not want to help me further and emails me back on every email with the same answer: that I should report it to the police. According to the law and regulations Gina Tricot is responsible that my package is delivered to me properly and that an investigation is started at DHL so we can find the package, in fact I have been in contact with my neighbors and they say that my package was not delivered. I find it quite intense to report to my neighbors but apparently she does not understand this.
I have never had such bad customer service ....
Can anyone help me any further? This is a package of over 300 euros......

Don’t order more than 5 times or you get banned
Where do I start. I have always been a loyal customer to Gina Tricot. Their products are many times a hit or miss. Quality can be either really good or really bad, usually the latter. This time I found really nice knit dresses and some shirts, and ordered some. I get them, but realized the knits were a bit too baggy, so I wanted to order a smaller size. Well, the next day after my order I got an email saying that my order has been CANCELLED. The email was an automated one where it said the products ordered were already bought by someone else but me. I contacted Gina Tricot and I got a reply from their customer service (I originally wrote the name of the worker and then only the first letter but they don’t want to be transparent. Surprise? No.) saying ”We have received two order with order number XXXXXXX and XXXXXXX from you. However, our system has registered an unusual number of returns from you where you have returned all ordered goods. You thus have an unusually high return share of your orders and as this can be seen as an abuse of the right of withdrawal and from an environmentally friendly perspective, we have chosen to cancel your orders. It will not be possible to make a purchase via the website during the next year and we therefore recommend that you visit our physical stores instead to check the fit and quality. There you also have the opportunity to ask the staff if you want to know something more about the garment before making your purchase in the store.” I tried to negotiate with them and ask more questions, but got pretty much the same reply again “You have made a total of 7 orders and have made a return of 6. It will therefore not be possible to make a purchase via the website during the next year and we therefore recommend that you visit our physical stores instead to check the fit and quality. There you also have the opportunity to ask the staff if you want to know something more about the garment before making your purchase in the store. Have a good day!”
The only thing regarding this on their terms & conditions is “Gina Tricot reserves the right to cancel orders when the right of withdrawal/return policy is misused.” Absolutely nothing else! They have stated terms and conditions for returns but nothing about returning too much etc. And I haven’t violated any other policies regarding returns etc. Also, the customer service lied to me. I had made 5 successful orders total in my whole life from them; 3 LAST YEAR and 2 this year. M counted also the orders that they JUST CANCELLED. I made them 2 times because they got cancelled and I tried to order again. I was so confused. Out of those 5 successful orders, I had kept items. I don’t just order stuff and return everything.
Also, I told them I had to change the size of one of the knits. I still have the first order here waiting because I wanted to try the smaller size. She couldn’t care less. I questioned her about environment and sustainability. She claims I violated their return policy and it’s bad for the environment. That’s bs from them. They are a FAST FASHION company. They produce trends every week on their website/stores. They could care less about environment. This is about money they lose every time someone makes an order with free shipping and then returns their products. They lose money and don’t win any either. They are money hungry. Too bad they have a really bad customer service. Rude. Arrogant. Indifferent.
They told me to walk to a physical store and ask help from the seller like I’m an idiot. When I go to a physical store I don’t need advice from the sellers. I know my body and size. A WEBSTORE IS A DIFFERENT THING, MARTINA. Is there just air in your brain?! I told her there is only one store in this small city, and everything I want is sold out. Even on the website they are sold out all the time. And she thinks I have a better chance taking two buses (1 h drive) to a shopping mall??? Not everyone has the time to shop in a mall. We live in modern times where literally almost every one shops online—for a good reason! Don’t tell me to walk to a store when I can order.
I just feel so unappreciated as a customer. I feel unheard. My voice was never listened. Gina Tricot never gave me any heads-up that ”hey, you have been returning a lot lately, and we wanted to let you know that if it keeps happening, we have to cancel your next orderd for the next year” or something like that.
No. They just flat out ban you. While you still have a fresh order at home. I am going to keep 2 very expensive items from that and they banned me. I wanted to change sizes, but they banned me.
People who are new to Gina Tricot: please, trust the reviews here. They don’t lie. Only the people working for GT lie. The customer service sucks. They think they are superior to every one else. They treat their customers based on how much money they bring to the company.
Don't trust them!
Don't order here! I returned my package but they gave the wrong sticker with the ordernumber by my package. So know they say I didn't returned my package, because I ordered two packages but that isn't true. They don't help me and say I just have to pay 130 euro's.

The worst customer service ever!
The worst customer service ever!! Two items of my order were damaged which I obviously returned. They charge return fee for damaged goods because according to them it is not damaged. The pictures clearly show the damage. The attitude of the customer agents is the cherry on top! Never ever again!

Not a good service
Not a good service! I order a dress and vans. The dress is broken, i can send it back but if i want the dress i must order again so i must pay again sendingcost. The vans are not included my order so i contact them they say its left the warehouse so you must pay so i payed for something i didnt have! Really bad!!
