I have used Ginger Ted multiple times now and been very happy each time. Items are always sent out quickly and of obvious good quality.

I have bought multiple warm showerproof coats for my 2 dogs (not due to any wear, just to have spares). The coats really do keep the dogs warm and dry even in the worst weathers.

Also have bought the lighter weight coats for spring rain and this also does amazingly well at keeping them dry.

I must admit I`ve bought loads of different Jumpers & Coats in the past that I think will fit my daughters Dachshund but they haven't & its cost me a fortune, I saw this Website & thought I'm going to try it & its been the best thing i ever did, AMAZING that's all I can say...

Excellent quality and it fits. The two coats I bought for my sausage dog girls fit perfectly. So easy to put on as opposed to trying to fit the little legs through gaps. I live in the countryside and these coats make us look like royalty. Top quality, I will be buying other doggy jackets from here for the summer.

The measuring guide with suggested dogs the item would be suitable for, is great as long as you read it all, which I didn’t!
So my measuring and reading skills being lacking, I ordered a coat (which arrived very quickly), to sadly find it swamped the eager recipient. An S.O.S email where my clear culpability was mentioned (smile) and a swift response with clear next steps, and in under a week we have a lovely fitting coat. Ginger Ted customer service approach, the sense of no blame laying (it was totally my fault) and the simple, fully explained and rapid returns process all made a difference. I am very much a review led purchaser. My experience only further strengthens the well deserved and positive reviews. We now have two dogs, swaggering in their lovely coats, the envy of all!

This coat was for our lurcher who we can never get shop bought coats for as he is slim but with a deep chest. Most dog coats aren't suitable for him but Ginger Ted coats fit really well. We already have thicker waterproof Ginger Ted coats for both our dogs ( bought 6 years ago & still in great condition) so were confident this new waterproof coat would be perfect for him & we weren't disappointed. We always confidently recommend Ginger Ted to our friends and family and will continue doing that.

Well made fleece jacket, comes well packaged and quick delivery. Comes up much bigger than expected. Being 10 inch it is for a small dog so feel tummy & chest fixings could be made smaller. Harness/collar hole needs to be more flexible/larger. Is expensive for what it is.

Love the thermal coat for my dachshund. It fits her really well and looks snuggly. Just wish they did other colours

Bought a coat for pug. Previous coats just didn't fit right. This one is great. Good quality and fits much better. Came with a nice bag and some poop bags- nice touch. Would recommend.
