Item fixings didn't fit the item properly. And only one set provided.
Several people had a go with pliers to try and screw it in as best possible. Fixings came off product when trying to install in wall with no way to remove them from the wall later.
The product should come with prongs installed, not crappy nickel screw fixings. Waste of £50, should have returned the item.
