Terrible experience

Terrible experience, do not buy here.
I bought a mom backpack as a gift. One thing was advertised on gitimo.hr website and I ordered that. Something different arrived and didn't have all the things advertised on the web site and didn't look the same. So I wrote a complain. After a lot of back and forth, I got instructions on how to return the item. I returned it, but apparently, currier service (Gitimo partner) never got it back and now they don't want to issue the refund and blame it on the currier service. BUT IT IS THEIR PARTNER, and they should deal with that, not me. So now, I don't have the backpack and I don't have the money I paid for it either. It the email communication they often don't reply so you have to ping them all the time to deal with your case.

At one point they told me they will send me the money, just to give them info for payment. Then nothing happened for 2 months (despite my emails). Then they replied that if they don't receive the item they can't give back the money and blamed it on the currier service. But it is THEIR partner, and part of THEIR service, so I think that's bull and the are just trying to find I way to not give me a refund. The. Worst. Internet. Shop. Experience. Ever. So hard that I won't be buying anything on the internet for a while...

SO BE WARNED:
1. You won't get what you ordered
2. They won't care about it and won't get you a refund.
