Giving Tree is the Best!

Great product for the price and unmatched customer service. They are quick to respond, polite, and very helpful with any questions or need for a replacement part. We use 6 of their toilets in a high volume luxury restaurant and they work very well even with tons of volume and abuse from the public.

Do not buy!!!

I purchased an expensive bidet, and within a year, the spigot stopped working, and the enamel on the toilet seat developed visible cracks. When I reached out to them, they sent me a replacement spigot and a video showing how to replace it myself. I couldn't figure it out. It had too many wires and steps, so I have a $1,000 bidet sitting, not doing what it is meant to do. The toilet seat is cracking, and I do not weigh more than 140 lbs, so these bidets are made from cheap material. I should've purchased through Home Depot or Lowe's because they would've been able to honor the 1-2-year warranty and sent someone to fix the bidet. Stay away and do not buy!

Excellent Customer Service

Bought a beautiful tub that I could only find from Giving Tree! I forgot to add the new customer discount at checkout. They honored the discount and issued a refund for the amount. Exceptional customer service! They provided great communication during the purchasing and shipping process.

The toilets are amazing

The toilets are amazing, I had an issue with the lid and the costumer service was on it the same day and sent me all the pieces I needed free of cost, this is a brand you can definitely trust it’s amazing, also the bathrooms impress every guest you bring home

ZERO…we give it a ZERO

If we could give Giving Tree zero stars, we would. They shipped a tub, never paid the freight so it sat in storage for three week's. Continually lied and said they had paid it, but AVF in writing told us they had not. One tree THEN In writing said they would refund us once AVF shipped it back. NOW we are being told by AVF that ONE tree told them we didn’t want it and so to charge us. LOL. Absolute scam. Do not use

Professional and Courteous

I ordered a bathtub and standing faucet and hose. The products arrived timely and in perfect condition. I had some issues installing the hose and the company was very responsive, patient and helpful. Excellent customer service!

Leaky faucet was replaced!

I ordered a faucet for my freestanding tub that I bought from Giving Tree and it had a leak. I was a little leery because I could not get ahold of customer service by phone but when I submitted an online request, they got back to me within a day. After sending them a video they happily replaced our faucet and it works great!

Quality toilet with excellent customer service

We purchased Giving Tree Home's one-piece toilet from Home Depot. Since my husband was uncomfortable installing it, we hired a plumber. So the only downside to this toilet is that it is difficult to install and our plumber ended up charging us $800!

However, we absolutely love the toilet. It looks so sleek and modern in our newly remodeled bathroom. And even though was more expensive than we were expecting, in the end it was worth it! If purchasing this toilet just be sure to get multiple estimates on installation.

We had a slight incident shortly after having the toilet installed and we broke the lid. Nothing to do with the quality of the toilet, my husband dropped a tile from the wall he was working on. I contacted customer support and not only were they very responsive, but they also give us a great deal on replacing the lid.

I highly recommend the one-piece toilet and Giving Tree Home.

Purchased a bathtub, then found it cheaper on another site. They were willing to work with me on a refund for part of the difference. Good company, I will leave another review about the product when it arrives.

I bought a Square matte black smart…

I bought a Square matte black smart toilet from Giving Tree at a reasonable price for what I know to be the highest end of Chinese smart toilet technology and workmanship. This unit is nice and just beat Trump’s tariffs. Shipping was quick! I think it made it to SW Florida in about 4 business days.
Installation was no problem as we’ve installed several Chinese smart toilets in our homes and know the ropes.

Installation nightmare

Purchased a Giving Tree smart toilet from Home Depot. Instructions were incredibly poorly written by someone who clearly doesn't speak English as a first language. It included non-standard fittings to connect to the water supply line that neither Home Depot or Lowe's had the adapters to make work. Even the plumbers seemed confused on how to make the water line connect to the toilet. Giving Trees website had pictures of soldering. Seriously. You should not have to solder connections to hook up a toilet in 2025. Cost us a fortune in time and trips to hardware stores and ultimately paying plumbers to come and figure out a way to bypass their stupid splitter valve. This is like a $5 part that could be included to easily fit most American plumbing systems.

Purchased Smart Toilet

Purchased smart-square-one-piece-floor-toilet-with-remote-control-and-automatic-cover

from a retailer here in Canada in August of 2024. The toilet appeared to be in good condition except the bidet causes a leak from somewhere in the rear assembly and out of the bottom. When I contacted Giving Tree I was given the run around to several different phone numbers and emails and dealt with a very frustrating trouble resolution process until eventually, after about 2 months, they agreed to send a replacement component.

After 2 more months the component had still not arrived and they ghosted me with the last communication being to contact the retailer. They told me that they would be in contact with GivingTree to help resolve the issue. Giving Tree kept giving both me and the retailer the run around and have refused to help in any way.

Edit: They did not send me any relevant warranty parts. Just a replacement toilet seat. Absolutely nothing to do with the internal leaking mechanism that renders the toilet unusable. Their poroducts are garbage, do not buy.

We apologize for the unpleasant experience. However, this seems to be a misunderstanding: we are not sure why this item limited to the US region would go to Canadian customers.
Due to the specificity of the Canadian region, the shipment of aftermarket parts took longer than expected, and we sought the assistance of the platform to handle the situation in the meantime.
As you mentioned, the product could not be traced back to consistent order information, but our after-sales service team still attempted to send the high-value accessories with a responsible attitude towards the product.

Smoking deal, great toilet.

I have a *much more expensive* square smart toilet at my other house and I needed to buy two for a different place. I did some searching and found Giving Tree. I'm telling you the quality of this toilet is amazing, the features, remote control, etc. Everything is top notch. I'm glad I found this company I'll be ordering much more from them in the future.

BTW their customer service is amazing, they answer throughout the night and they're very responsive. I'm not sure where these negative comments are coming from tbh.

customer service

The bathtub is nice and sold at a very competitive price. However, the non standard pop up drain was not functional upon arrival. After several seemingly helpful chat sessions, the company decided not to send a replacement. A few hours of digging online and I was able to find a replacement, but customer service was lousy. They stated they would send one, we argued about cost over a 2-star review, and well, here is the 2-star.....
