Would've rated higher however, due to my in store experience I had to drop a star.
Looked online to see if my closest store had a product in stock, which it said it did. I drove 25 minutes to be told they actually didn't have the stock. I understand stock levels change but what irritated me is there is no contact number so I couldn't call ahead to make sure. Also, the stock level clearly said in stock and not Low Stock like it usually would if stock was low.

I ended up ordering online which was a wonderful experience. Ordered on the Wednesday and they had it shipped the next day. Such a quick and easy experience. Will most likely just order online going forward.

Store was thoroughly disorganised, colours in wrong places, many out of stock and some that are on the colour chart, not available!

Because of the singly staffed store on a very busy Sunday, it was chaos. I had to change my colour plan four times because of missing stock and went home with a colour selection that I was unhappy with.

I didn’t think I’d have time to visit Norris today and that is why I visited glamaCo yesterday. However, my plans changed and I wanted to return three out of the ten colours that I bought because they were not what I wanted to glamaCo, unused and unopened and then quickly get what I needed from Norris.

They refused my request even though it was their fault that they were out of stock and I had to settle for a different plan.

Never, ever have I been refused a return on a colour in my 45 year career and with such indifference!

They also sell a lot of shampoo and conditioner that can be bought online much cheaper!

Wasted two trips and $40. Never, ever will I use this company again. Their range is low and they are badly stocked. Aaaand, check the prices of what you want online first. I guarantee it will save you a trip to the awfully jumbled, muddled and untidy glamaCo.

I ordered a product 2 weeks ago item shows as ready to ship but its still not shipped and no replies from customer service glamaco hire someone to actually respond to chat your bot is useless.
