Ordered Pink Neon Pigment on May 23

Ordered Pink Neon Pigment on May 23, 2025. Never received my item as of June 28, 2025. Tried communicating with the "Glamierre Team" and received no response. After 3 emails with no response, I asked for a full refund. They finally responded and said they would look into it on June 10, 2025. 18 days later no response. Had to have my bank file a claim and get my money back. Do not buy from this company.

Purchasing again from Glamierre! This time for the new Gabriella Luxe Vegan Faux lashes - helped achieve the most full and whispy lashes with no hassle! Super light weight and received many compliments on my night out! Don’t sleep on these lashes and the other to die for products this brand offers!

AMAZING

Glamierre has by far the best make up I have ever owned. The website allows for a very easy checkout and I received my order within a week. Their Allure Beauty and Warm Sunset palettes are so pigmented and so versatile. They can be used for day to night looks and I hardly reach for any other palettes. I’m planning to purchase everything they come out with going forward cause their products are truly worth it and will last for years. Highly recommend, don’t hesitate to purchase!!!

A great brand to shop for all your colorful makeup needs!

They have so many amazing palette options that range from everyday neutrals to every color under the rainbow. Their pastel/metallic liners are amazing and recommend them to everyone! The glitter palettes are also a must have...really easy to apply and add a wow factor to any look!

I have been ordering from Glammierre a little over a year now, and, have not once, been disappointed! The pigments on all of their products are absolutely stunning!. My favorites thus far are the pastel UV and, the neons! ,I had to order more sets for my nieces! I’m blown away every time I order from them, with, the discounts, fast shipping and quality! I absolutely love this company! I would advise anyone to check them out! You would be saving while buying, and, you will not be disappointed!

I’ve gotten my hands on several Glamierre palettes and neon pigments and have loved every single one! The palettes are so versatile and offer so many neutrals & bold colors! So easy to achieve a look using just one single palette. The shades are super blendable and pigmented. Love my Glamierre palettes!

Loss of words....

I don’t even know where to begin. My experience has been absolutely amazing with Glamierre. First of all, the website is so easy to use. Super cute super easy. Second, the shipping was so easy and fast. I received it in the mail not long after I placed the order. Third, THE PACKAGING WOW. Beautiful. And lastly, THE PIGMENTS OMG. Beautiful colors and very pigmented. Also lasted all night. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I ordered from this company and got scammed . The money was took off my card and I explained that to them but I never got a tracking number or anything and I had proof that the money was took out my account now I’m getting ignored by the support page they tell you to contact

Do not buy from this store

Do not buy from this store, page is a SCAM. I purchased some products six weeks ago and I haven't even received the tracking number. I have sent them emails about it and they just answer "Our team is working on your order. You will get an update on your order. Thank you for your time and patience". One week later I sent an email requesting for the refund and the haven't answered!!!! I sent them messages via Facebook and Instagram and they haven't answered not one. I started to look up the comments on their socials and there are a lot of people in the same situation. I understand because of the coronavirus there can be delays in shipping, but they didn't even explain to you what is happening. I don't know if I will received my products or my refund or none of them.

You can find your pigment elsewhere, I promise.

Edit* change to 1 star after company reneged on sending me the products I actually ordered with no notification or contact. I received a refund ONLY after giving a deadline for when I would dispute via PayPal after weeks of the runaround.

This has been and will be my one and only purchase and has been an absolutely terrible experience. I was really excited about this shop. They have really bright and colorful palettes, and weren't outrageously priced, and when the memorial day sale came about, I decided to give it a shot, and I made a pretty hefty purchase. Over $100. While I was browsing and adding things to my cart, a little pop up came up that said "we've got a little surprise for you" and beneath that it showed a picture of a palette and said "wanna get this cool product? Check out now and get it for FREE!" and so of course I jumped on that and clicked on the little "check out now" link on the pop up and proceeded to walk through the check out process. The aforementioned product was magically added to my cart (I did NOT manually add this product), and I assumed that at some point its cost would be subtracted from my total. In the initial pages of the checkout process, I noticed that the price was still included. I wasn't overly concerned, because I know that with free product bonuses a lot of the time they will fall off at the very end, but regardless, I wrote a little message about my "offer" in the order notes (the ones that you can only write prior to order placement) and about how it was still showing the price as included in my subtotal at this point. I proceeded through the paypal checkout and lo and behold, the product price did not drop off. Okay, fine, maybe it's a glitch. It happens. I'll just notify them and they'll fix it. I immediately sent them an email explaining what had happened. I even calculated exactly how much the new order total would have been considering my Memorial Day discount would have been adjusted assuming they'd dropped off that product price first. I never received a reply. That message was sent on 5/26, the same day that I had placed my order. On 5/31 I sent another message via their facebook page reiterating this issue and referencing the email message. On 6/3 I received my first non-immediate, copy/paste, we'll-get to-you-eventually response. It said, "Is there an issue with your order? Thank you" They didn't even bother reading anything I had said. So I copy/pasted my original facebook message again. Then I copy/pasted the email that I sent to them on 5/26 and included that in the facebook messenger messages as well (informing them that it was the content of my original email). On 6/7 I messaged again saying, "Still haven’t heard anything back about this. Either here or via email." I received a response later that day telling me that my order is supposed to be shipped in 24-48 hours (not something I was asking about at all), and that they were not seeing any extra charges or mistakes. I was also told that they were "not sure about the free palette, as I'm not aware of this promotion". At this point I'm extremely frustrated and shared as much, explaining again that it was not even a product that I had added to my cart. I told them that I guess I would go to their site and try to see if I could get the promotion to replicate itself for me to screenshot, and that this whole thing felt very "scammy". I was quite easily able to get the promotion to come up again after adding a few items to my cart, and took a screenshot and sent it to them in messenger. I told them that if they had no idea that this promotion was going on, and they're customers were getting charged for it, that sounds like a pretty big problem for them. I didn't hear anything back from them that day. I sent a "?" the following day. This morning, 6/12, I sent another message telling them that I would love to know if this would ever be corrected, or if I would need to dispute this portion of the charge with my bank. Jump to this evening - my package arrived. Oh boy, this experience gets even better. No packing slip or material of any kind to indicate what I had ordered or what should be in the package. I wouldn't be surprised if this were intentional given what I received. I received the correct # of items, but two of the items I received were not at all what I had ordered. Both of them were lower value items than what I had purchased, and one of them isn't even an item that is available for individual sale on their site! Not only that, but the purportedly "free" palette that I paid for? It arrived damaged with powder covering the shipping bag and other contained contents. I sent them a picture of this as well, and another message explicitly outlining my complaints. I DO NOT recommend shopping here. It is not worth it, and the company so obviously doesn't give a crap about customer service.
