Bad delivery.
I specifically deliver to parcelshops despite working from home to avoid missing the delivery guy and having to pick up the parcel at the other side of town.
To get the parcel, I was on my way for over an hour. They were not even close to my selected parcel shop. They werent even in my part of town. And I need to pay 90DKK for the delivery. This is not good enough.

First of all i am very sorry that our usually high standard regarding our delivery and service did not match what you can expect. We made a mistake and that somtimes happen when you handel a lot of packages. However that doesn't make it right, and for that we are very sorry.
