Ordered early December 2025, should have received Feb '26, still nothing in April.
Ordered early December 2025. They emailed early Feb 2026 that the furniture had been manufacturered and shipping would take 2 weeks.
Come April, no furniture, no communication. Chasing multiple times via email and calls. No response. Asked for refund now. Suddenly, the manufacturer are now shipping and it would take 2 weeks.
I didn't want the furnture anymore, and gave them 2 weeks to refund. They now have less than 2 days to refund. When they invariably miss that deadline, straight to credit card company to claim for fraudulent activity, and to claim section 75 consumer credit card act.
Do yourself a favour, and AVOID THEM COMPLETELY.
