Excellent installation of my beautiful glass balustrade. The team, Tom and Michael, were professional and courteous throughout the day and supplied an excellent finished product - cleaned up to perfection. I would recommend Glass Solutions Harrogate first and foremost. Huge thanks, am thrilled with my new staircase.

Excellent product and service from start to finish. Right through from Paul's quote to Sam and Tom fitting our beautiful new oak/glass staircase in our home. I was kept up to date at every step of the way from the friendly and professional team in the office and installation was completed on the dates we requested due to other prior building work. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Finished result is an absolute beauty. Thank you SO much.

They supplied the glass to a company called CMS window Cumbernauld. This installer CMS windows installed the windows in our new build house in 2017 . 3 weeks ago the inner glass exploded under direct sunlight . I went to CMS who didn’t want to know and neither did glass solutions despite a 5 year warranty on glass . Clearly this is a fault . I hope our other windows don’t do the same .

Incompetent and untrustworthy company. We had a couple of very expensive doors supplied and fitted by Glassolutions. First, they took forever to finally come and install which was months later than planned. The installation was a shambles and they had some wrong parts so that went on for a while. Once they said they had completed installation, we found the doors were not functioning as they should and they had to come back countless times to "readjust" the doors. The doors have never been satisfactory and finally Glassolutions knowing the doors and installation are not acceptable have tried to not accept responsibility and claimed the doors have been misused. Even though they say there is a 5 year warranty, Glassolutions is not prepared to rectify doors lease than 1 year old. We are now looking at getting new doors from another more reputable supplier. Avoid these crooks at all costs for your own sake please. I wish I had seen some of the other negative reviews before proceeding with Glassolutions.
What a shambles of a company. Lost count of the number of times they have come out, assessed incorrectly, reported incorrectly, bought a panel instead of a whole door. Promise every time it will be fixed but disappoint again the following visit - this costs time and money in taking unpaid leave waiting in for them to come. Avoid at all costs.
2 week after starting discussions with glassolutions, I have given up. I was looking to do business with them, but they have failed to answer emails (despite telling me what to title it, what detail to include, and where to send it), they have wrong information about my expected order even although I correct them repeatedly they never bother to correct the notes, and they make promises that are not delivered. They are a big company and individuals working there just don't care about customers and increasing sales. So disappointed and waste of my time.
had to replace french doors. after 4 weeks of delay and consultation, the spec desgin got the door design wrong and i was forced to keep the doors which was complete opposite to what i discussed with them. few alternatives were put forward as i had to wait for another 4 weeks to get the right design.
as compensation, the customer service put forward £50 which was very cheap of them. it has been 3 weeks and i havent still received the cheque.
pathetic customer service.
