Appointment confirmed / Not .....
Appointment confirmed. No follow-up. Rude call from Sunnyvale.
I booked an appointment online with Glass America and received a confirmation email stating the appointment was set and someone would call me in the morning with an ETA. The morning came—no call.
So I reached out myself and spoke to someone who confirmed I was booked for today but would need to wait for a follow-up call with the time. That follow-up came from the Sunnyvale location, and it was unfortunately one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
The person on the line was dismissive from the start, told me I wasn’t on the schedule at all, and informed me I’d have to drive to Sunnyvale for the appointment—even though my confirmation clearly said otherwise. When I asked how my appointment had been confirmed twice, she became even ruder. No apology, no explanation—just attitude.
Completely unacceptable experience from start to finish. I cancelled and took my business elsewhere. If this is how they treat new customers, I can’t imagine what support is like after a job is done.
