Average dated hotels most of them need proper investment. Good Central London locations though.
Awful experience at the Royal Horseguards. Dated rooms with smelly carpet, broken floor tiles, bathroom tv not working. Long queues at reception and breakfast room. Not really a 5-star hotel. It desperately needs a revamp including new management
