Tread carefully. No respect for prospective tenants.
Visited a property today and was meeting with Eugenie. It was a block viewing (but this was never mentioned). Eugenie arrived late, then disappeared and then returned saying he did not have the keys to the property. Most unprofessional and disrespectful to people like me who have taken time off. I would be cautious as this may just be a muppet outfit. Not all reviews are genuine. Caveat emptor!

Our Guardian Sales Officer did arrive on time and then apologised as soon as he realised the keys didn’t work. He then went onto re-booking everyone into his diary, for the next morning. I've been with Global Guardians for some years now and its been great. Their properties are clean and safe and the price is fair. The varieties of properties across London, really helps with choosing a suitable accommodation. I definitely recommend their accommodation and services and will continue being a guardian for them.

Excellent Staff and Service!
A great option for competitive rent prices in London and I couldn't be happier with their quality of service.
Was recommended by a friend three years ago who was also a property Guardian via Global. The staff are quick to respond and helpful regarding all matters including maintenance, financial queries etc.
Having dealt with a number of property management services before I can certainly say I would recommend Global Guardians to friends and family.

I just moved to a new property which is…

Good value
Global Guardians provides good value accommodation and their staff are friendly and helpful.
The only thing I’m a bit concerned about is that there currently don’t seem to be a lot of available spaces in London (maybe because of the pandemic?) and if a property is handed back and 20+ guardians need to find new accommodation at the same time - that could pose a problem.
