Easy coordination and great communication. Highly recommend!

I worked with this company for years for my property management bookkeeping, and for a long time I was very happy with their service. However, over the last 24 months, the quality of their bookkeeping has severely deteriorated to the point that I had to stop using them.

I do not know whether there was an ownership or management change, but the decline seemed to begin when my longtime bookkeeper apparently went on maternity leave. After that, I was assigned bookkeepers using anglicized names rather than their actual Indian names, which struck me as odd. More importantly, the service became significantly worse.

I requested a different bookkeeper and was told I had been reassigned, or at least given a different name, but the problems continued. I asked for another change, and the same thing happened again. There were repeated data-entry errors that I had to pay other bookkeepers to clean up, records went missing, communication was poor, and emails often went unanswered for days.

Another concern was the billing. I was supposedly being charged hourly, yet the amount billed was exactly the same every month, down to the penny, even as the monthly charge increased over time — first by about 15%, then again by about 21%.

Based on my experience, I can no longer recommend this company.

From the very start, they are a very professional and well organized company. As we have very unique bookeeping requirements, Mark took the time to familiarize himself and ask many questions to better serve our business requirements. I would Highly recommend Integra Global Solutions and a special mention to Mark for his diligent work, streamlining our bookkeeping and consistently doing a GREAT job.
