Cant recommended Chloe enough! She really understood what i needed, and handled a very sensitive issue with care and professionalism all whilst maintaining a friendly, reassuring attitude. Worth investing for extra peace of mind

Having just bought a new car with keyless entry I wanted a tracker to protect the car further.
The process of booking the appointment and installing the tracker was straightforward. The tracker was installed at a place of my choosing and a time frame given. I was given a demo of the app once the tracker was installed along with how the system worked and what to do should anything happen. It’s a very impressive system and definitely worth investing in for that additional peace of mind

Global Telemetrics - No Faults Just Great Service

I have used Global Telemetrics for many years and probably more than I would care to remember !

I have always found them as a company to be customer focused and provide an excellent range of products and services which not only do what they purport to do (unusual perhaps in todays world) but do so amazing well.

I have used them for new installations, moving systems to new vehicles, details updates, subscription changes, product advice and technical support all handled with a simple professionalism which is refreshing.

Like with all complicated products and services there have been occasions when issues arise but when they do the team handle them without fuss or delay. Working quickly to resolve any issues on the first go.

I will continue to use Global for all of my vehicle tracking needs I am sure well into the future !

Great teamwork

We were notified within minutes that our Motorhome had been stolen in the dead of night. Global Telemetrics had boots of the ground working with the police.
The motorhome was located and recovered within about 30 minutes. Fantastic service.

Excellent Service with new tracker fitted

Everybody I have dealt with in the company have been so helpful and personable.
Especially today as I had a new tracker fitted. Tony who fitted it to my campervan was so friendly and even stayed to help me download the app (I am not very good with IT) and showed me how to use it to track my own van. He went above and beyond. Thank you

Awesome

Every person i've interacted with in the past 3 years has been so helpful and have had wonderfully kind attitudes. I really appreciate the service and especially the customer service. I would like to give a special mention Alex Harrison, who went beyond the call of duty, bearing with me for over an hour and calling back twice as promised; and solving the problem for me. Tracker issue resolved

From reporting a technical issue with our motorhome tracking device to resolving the issue, I received excellent service from both Katie in Customer Service and Liam in Collections. I have had a brand new latest model tracker fitted and a complete new 36 month warranty! Liam also guided me through a glitch on the App! I’ve now subscribed for a further 2 years security and peace of mind.
Very happy customer!

Terrible quality equipment and company.

Terrible quality equipment and company.
We have had two faulty units in 3 years. Both were replaced under warranty, however my concerns were why we had no notifications that the tracker wasn't working any more.
In total we have paid for 9 months subscription for a system which doesn't work. If the van had been stolen, im guessing they would just say 'the tracker isn't working, we will look into it and call you back'. They never call back.
If you want to keep your vehicle tracked, buy elsewhere.

Great customer support at GT

The customer support team at GT are just great.
I have spoken with several of their team….just getting used to
my tracker…asking advice and seeking help.
They have endless patience …nothing is too much trouble.
The measure of a great business is the service you receive AFTER you’ve bought the product .
My experience thus far is quite excellent . Cannot recommend highly enough.
