Quality materials are used in making these doors . Modern and contemporary design. Made in the Europe. I got my door in two weeks. Very reasonable price. Opening style of your choice handles and locks and hinges are well made . Good solid product.

Very poor communication. Luckily managed to cancel order through PayPal.

The door is gorgeous, really nice, installation leaflet poorly but I managed to install without it, is not that hard, the only problem is late response from seller and one week later delayed with delivery, but doesn’t really matters if you want a nice door, eventually you will get it, all good. Genuine company. Thanks

Ordered a one and a half door a year ago or so and have only just been able to fit it. It was pretty quick from ordering to receiving the door, and good communication throughout the process of measuring up and design.

The door is good quality and solid, the correct colour (anthracite). Lockset and handle are also solid.

One addition which would be great would be to supply the door with frame fixings as it does require slightly larger than standard.

Once installed (which was very easy), I noticed the door had a warp in it and so I contacted Rad. Within a few days a replacement door is being sent out with updated materials - great!

All in all this is fantastic service and very happy with the look and construction of the door.

Terrible company , sells poor quality doors. Im a professional installer , had to cut my frame to get the locks to engage. Seller tries to bully you insisting install is wrong. Claiming a refund via credit card .

One glitch ten minutes notice of delivery would have caused a problem had we not been there. Easy to fit and quality.
Three weeks delivery fantastic

Most importantly, the door is great quality and value for money and I would definitely buy again. Added options do push up the standard price but still worth every penny.
Delivery times is stated as being 4 to 6 weeks but mine arrived in 3.
I have not given 5 stars purely because the fitting instructions provided are so scant.
The frame has anchor points but it was some time before I realised these could be accessed through the frame by existing holes covered by plastic plugs. In addition the leaf does not fully fit inside the frame but butts up against its inner face reducing the amount of frame showing and in my case needing the removal of several inches of skirting to close. This needs to be factored in when choosing the size of your door.

I feel that I got a superior door on a budget; just plan carefully before you order.

Absolutely amazing product, we've had so many comments on our new door. You have to remember that this is a small business so communication is by email and can be a little slow but that said, you always get a reply and the help and advice given was invaluable. We now have such a great product but for far less than any other supplier in the UK

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Their doors may look nice but their products are bad.
I bought a door which had parts of different materials, it was badly made meaning I cannot adjust it to fit properly and the customer service is truly awful.
I spent over £1000 for a front door which lets the rain in and the wind whistles through the massive gap in it.
When I went back to them with the faults they blamed it on my fitter. I was there, my fitter did all he could with a badly made product. The hinges were wrong from the start. We adjusted it to the max with no joy, still couldn't get it to shut properly. Handily Globarro don't have approved fitters for their doors because they know they can blame your fitter when things are wrong.
The factory in Poland (where the doors are made) did send me a new part for the bit which was a different material, but I cannot fit it because I was badly advised in the first place by Rad at Globarro and don't have enough room above the door to take it off.
Total waste of money and sooooo much time chasing the elusive Rad who seems to be the only one working there. I lost count of the amount of emails I had to send. There's no phone number, probably because it would be inundated with calls of complaint, so you have to rely on emails alone. Useless.
Looking at their website, the photos of fitted doors they use as examples show others have had exactly the same problems as I have, I'm surprised nobody has reviewed them before! I've actually waited about 6 months to write my review because I just hate to even think about the whole sorry situation. I'm writing this now because I don't want anyone else to go through what I did, pay all that money and end up wishing they'd kept their old door (like I do).
Wish I could give this company 0 stars as they don't deserve any.
