I find it weird they have no recent reviews but other than that, takes a really long time to answer you. Have not gotten any papers done, sometimes they ignore you completely. Customer service is very poor

Extremely good service provided by Lodewijk and the rest of the team at Globexs. Made the whole process of moving to Spain so easy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality apartment or house along with great customer service.

Great services for foreigners, expats, digital nomads in Valencia. They help you settle, get all the papers in order, find a place to live with all amenities and bills included, and cheaper than AirB&B. Its a great office!

Our experience with Globexs was definitely very good. With Lodewijk we had a pleasant contact.
We found a beautiful duplex apartment in the middle of Antwerp, located on the cozy Stadswaag.
For over a year this fully equipped apartment became our home!
We certainly also appreciate the flexible attitude whenever renewing the lease.

For our son we were looking for an apartment in Valencia. We found Globexs. The contact was very personal and helpful. We rent an apartment for 3 months by Globexs. My son and a study friend went to Valencia and had a nice place to stay, nearby the city center. The apartment was fully equipped and clean. It was a pity for the boys to go home earlier because of the Covid19 virus... Thanks Lodewijk for the nice contact! And good luck in this hard times....

We urgently requiring accommodation in Antwerp for a couple of months! After a lot of searching I fortunately found GlobeXs.
GlobeXs was able to assist and arrange everything in a very short period of time. I loved the fact that I was able to communicate directly with them via Whatsapp and that they promptly replied to any messages I sent. Their advise on the property was SPOT ON and we enjoyed their Kiliaan property! It is in a very nice part of the city and within walking distance of about everything in the City Centre. The property has a comfortable terrace which brings a lot of light into the apartment and the fact that it was a ground floor property was a big plus for us with a baby push cart. The Landlord of the Kiliaan property is also a very nice and helpful guy!!

We had a great experience with Globexs during our stay in Valencia, as well as using their services for residency and other requirements. Their team is very competent, efficient, helpful in every way. I will recommend anybody coming to Valencia to get in touch with Globexs if you want their services. The apartment turned out not to be exactly what I wanted, but that was not the fault of globexs. Globexs was excellent to work with. Antonio was quick to respond and helpful with any issues that came up. I ended up moving to a different place, and globexs/Antonio fully accommodated me in that process. I recommend them.

I highly can recommend Globex for Expats. If you want to stay longer than just a few days or weeks it's a perfect solution. Their service is great and uncomplicated and they are very helpful, the apartment I am staying in is lovely and and well located. Price-performance ratio is outstanding. And last but not least: super nice people.

Dealing with Lodewijk and his team at Globexs was an outstanding experience. They are very attentive and respectful of ensuring that your use of the property is both enjoyable and occurs without incident. We had only one small incident while we were in the property and within 1 hour of a call to Lodewijk the problem was resolved beyond expectation. Highly recommend working with Globexs and the team.

This is a big THANK YOU to Lodewijk from Globexs. I was searching for a furnished apartment in Antwerp on very short notice, when he helped me out in a fantastic way and extremely fast. Just by email Lodewijk and I agreed on a rent and I was able to move in within 3 days. As I tried before also to work with other agencies I can really state out Globexs’ service and flexibility as perfect for Expats or other people with an urgent need for housing.

Globexs helped us with a lot of things in Spain. They have assisted with all the legal details of buying a house. Opening a bank account and obtaining a mobile number.

We looked for a nice appartement in Valencia. But... where to start?
We started with GLOBEX, a firm who gave us great advice on all levels. Starting from pointing out the most interesting neighbourhoods, helping us with all the legal advice we needed until the signment at the notary.
And there is more: we can depend on them as trustworthy housekeepers.

we used Globex on a recent trip to Spain and it was fantastic. the customer service was excellent. We had nothing to worry about. we had a fantastic 3 bedroom in the center of town and it even had a whirlpool bath. The Apartment was meticulously clean and we hated ton leave. I have used Air BNB in the past however Globex blows them out of the water.
