Nightmare coming true.
The worst customer service I have recently experienced. I order 5 things including 3 bday gifts. I received 2/5 things, the cheapest ones and of course not the bday gifts.
I called and I highlighted I needed them for the party. The service was incompetent. I didnt hear anything for a week. Then they sent again the cheapest item. Called again, two weeks later I still didn't receive what I ordered. They do not answer emails, by the phone they do not know anything and keep sending emails to logistics which also seems incompetent.
Never ever again.

There is no customer service!! Nobody is answering emails! They send cosmetics without any protection without bubblewrap, obviously it arrived broken into pieces!!

premium store with great quality products, but be careful with the prices for some products
