I never did get my Nexus back
I never did get my Nexus back, I never got a reply and they had trust pilot remove my original review. This company is dishonest and looking at the other reviews Im not the only one.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

i'm not sure if the guy running this is a crook or just incompetent.
it took him FIVE months to fix a cracked ipad screen AND then it came back with a different crack! (due to bad packing?!)
many, many frustrating calls and emails made this the worst customer experience I've ever had.
one star is way too generous. horrible!

Sent a Nexus 5 in for repair, more than 6 weeks later I haven't received anything back except a string of broken promises to repair and return the device. No ability to talk in person due to never answering the 'phone, no ability to leave a message due to voicemail box being full. If you have a device to repair, take it elsewhere.
I sent my phone in for repair one month ago and haven't had it back yet; i message them frequently using their "leave a message" widget and have no replies.
I had one message on Facebook 2 weeks ago saying my phone would be sent back ASAP. They have since deleted any comments which show their activities in a negative light. This is dishonest and unprofessional.
-Update-
I received a phone call yesterday, very soon after posting this review. The man on the phone was apologetic and polite and obviously overwhelmed and inundated with orders. They said my phone was sitting there not started because i had not left my name with it; Fair enough. But after a month of contacting them, you'd think they'd be proactive in helping me. The fact that it took to keep posting on their Facebook page (which they do actively clean of negative reviews - rather dishonestly in my opinion) is what really frustrated me. Anyway, they're going to fix and send back my phone and when they do, i'll be happy to update this review.
Further to this, it seems that the company makes every effort to hide any negative reviews, they have had TrustPilot remove my review twice now, and delete any of my Facebook posts.
The Company is in a stage of transition, they're ditching their "Gloopy Repairs" brand and sticking with My Repair Centre.
Even if most of the reviews shown are positive, there's definitely a dishonest aura about this company, and the fact that they keep trying to suppress my reviews, just highlights even more that they have something to hide.
