Placed an order and received confirmation. Following day an email saying order is on way but no tracking number. 11 days on and nothing. No response to my emails and they don’t answer the phone. Now I have to buy my gift elsewhere and TRY to get my money back from this company. DO NOT use them unless you are a risk taker.

Was a little concerned I'd been scammed when I ordered 2 lamps, however these just arrived today and they are beautiful!! Extremely heavy as stated and packaged well. Will be ordering another for my living room, thank you

I bought the 25 to 30kg lamp and received a spectacular 27kg lump of salt. It totally exceeded my expectations. The glow is produces is stunning. I changed the bulb for a Philips 3.2w (250 lumen) fridge E14 LED bulb! The base and cable are all well made and safe and secure. Customer service was outstanding and delivery was quick. Just get one! Amazing.

I have taken receipt of my second salt lamp from this Company. Both of them are between the weight of 10 - 12 Kgs. The first one was of the lighter shade of salt lamp so this time I went for the dark pink colour and I was not at all disappointed in fact I was absolutely thrilled. The calming energy it seems to give to the room I have put it in was instant.
It arrived a little later than quoted but due to COVID I expected that and they did forewarn. It arrived with the bulb broken and the bulb fitment broken which I suspect was down to the lamp maybe fell on the cable package even though the bulb and chord were bubble wrapped. Even so I emailed the company and a replacement was put in the post and received perfectly in good time.
It was all worth waiting for because it is absolutely stunning. I now have 3 of them and the difference they make to a room is unbelievable.
I prefer the darker pink but that is my preference only and I feel every lamp I have gives off a different energy.
I think you have to have one to appreciate their quality and once I had my first I was absolutely hooked on them.
I have found this company the best that I have come across and I will deal with this company again when I am ready for the next one either as a present or for myself.

Very disappointing experience.
First - there was no tracking info, the parcel just randomly arrived one day.
Second - parcel arrived in a ripped, damaged box that was too small for the product.
Third - I call the company asking for a return, they are not very helpful, reluctantly agree and promise to book return for me and to email the returns labels
Fourth - no returns label emailed to me, they don't reply to my emails, and no one is answering the phone and the mail box is full.
Suspicious? I very much think so.

Great company came in less than 2 days. And was thrilled with my new hymilayan salt lamp it is loverly.

Delighted. There was a delay in delivery but communication was good and our jumbo lamp arrived as promised. It's fantastic and makes me smile every time I pass it. Beautiful warm glow that makes you feel calm. I highly recommend and will be purchasing more. Makes a great statement piece.
