Hydrating mask
So I have ordered the moisturiser previously and this new version is even better. It smells amazing and the cream is so smooth. Unfortunately when my parcel arrived it was damaged but after I emailed the company they sent me a new one. 👍

Still waiting for my refund which i was promised. They keep ignoring my message on Instagram and ignoring my emails. Very disappointed . This was the email i got on 14th january.

Service is appalling, product is amazing
Service is appalling. Product is amazing. Haven’t received my order which was placed in the beginning of December. Sent multiple emails and messages on instagram to try to get into contact with them but no luck. They said in January that they would refund me and still send my order but haven’t done that either. Now a month later and many emails since, I have no product, no refund and no reply to my emails. It’s a shame because I’ve ordered from them before and loved the product which is why I wanted to repurchase it. The customer service is a let down.

I placed my order back in December…
I placed my order back in December before xmas and was waiting weeks for it to come. I emailed them but got no reply, then finally they replied to my message on Instagram and told me I’d get it by the end of the week and it never came. It wasn’t even dispatched yet. So I contacted them again and they said the same thing. Then finally it was delivered today. I can’t believe I waited more than 5 weeks for my order. Even my international orders came before then, within a week, and i placed those orders after my glowlixir order. I’ve been ordering from them since 2020 and my orders always came within within 3 working days even during lockdown. It’s ridiculous but I was so happy when it came so I thought it was worth the wait. It wasn’t. I was so excited I opened the parcel straight to use the masque and it I was so disappointed. The new formula is nothing like the old formula, its supposed to be improved but it was the opposite. It didn’t have that nice, fresh, peppermint scent anymore, instead it smelt like eczema cream and the texture wasn’t silky and hydrating like the old formula, it actually felt like eczema cream. I’m really annoyed, I bought two of these and they posted on Instagram apologising about order delays and said that every order would get an extra free product but mine didn’t come with one. They ruined a perfectly good product when there was nothing wrong with it and the tubs they come in are just bulky. I miss the old formula and the tubes it came in. None of the Instagram influencers have been promoting the new formula they’ve just been reposting the old formula and Glowlixir did the same. They obviously don’t want people to know that no one likes the new formula and these so called Influencers aren’t posting the new formula because they don’t like it but they want to keep getting paid so they just repost the old one. Both the company and the influencers they pay to promote their product are a joke. Never ordering from them again unless they go back to the old formula.

This company is an actual joke!!
Like many others I ordered from here, never would I even think there would be an issue as I had previously ordered and received the product.
This time round however, the amount of excuses I have heard I could laugh...
I even said I would come collect the order myself but was told that 'they do not have the facility to collect myself from the warehouse therefore this would not be an option'..
We know where they are located with Silk amd Bubble being there sister company 🤔🤔 its such a shame as the product was pretty decent. But you realise too late.. you think why have none of these influencers posted with the new product... However, I'm not holding my breath anymore for my delivery and am thankful I used my credit card to pay. So now my bank are investigating.. 😀👍

Worst company to order from!
Previously ordered a couple times from here and thought it was a well trusted company, it’s been 3 weeks and all I get is excuses about covid causing delays for shipping yet all other companies seem to successfully deliver using the same courier service as glowlixir, being told each time it would be shipped by the end of the week, time and time again, they clearly steal from customers as I thought it was just me dealing with these issues until seeing the recent reviews in regards to the same problem, absolutely disgusting way to run a company

The primer is amazing...totally transformed how my makeup applies to my skin, how long it lasts and improved the texture tremendously. At the end of a long 8 hour + day, in heat and rain my makeup looks amazing and needs minimal touch ups. I use this every time I apply make up.

It was a good product
It was a good product, I wouldnt pay full price but my foundation stayed on for atleast 5 hours before going dull. My estee lauder primer stays on longer but the tube is alot smaller
