Makes my eyes burn so much
Makes my eyes burn so much. I got this cuz instagramers suggested this however it made my eyes burn so much even when i haven't used it on my eyes or near them, do not recommend it made my eyes hurt for a few days. Waste of money.

I placed and order of a total of 10 glowlixirs, and let me tell you boy it’s the best decision I made. Yes the delivery of the purchases took a little while but we have to remember we are in unprecedented times, can’t blame the company it’s the Delivery service who have been stretched. But yes the glowlixir is just perfect my makeup game has changed differently, my makeup BANGS. I absolutely love it I will be looking out for more deals to purchase more, but for now I’ve definitely stocked up to last me a while. Let the skin GLOW ❤️

It’s been the worse service I’ve I won’t ever be ordering from yourself again as I’ve not even got my item and advisor are no help and I’ll never order again it’s been more then time scale and I’m not getting I’ve sent so many emails and get the same response when clearly it says Royal Mail haven’t received it’s been the worse service ever
Spoke to one of the colleague india who clearly didn’t have a clue what she was doing she couldn’t give tracking and say where it is instead she just kept saying bear up us I’ve ordered from many places but never will I order from your selfs again

Our sincerest apologies for the delay and for your unpleasant experience.
Unfortunately, if Royal Mail do not scan a parcel when they collect it from us, the tracking shows the same response (stating Royal Mail haven't received the package) until it is delivered to your door and then scanned. They have advised that in such situations, we have to wait up to 21 days for them to deliver the package before sending out replacements.
Could you kindly send an email to our customer services team ( info@glowlixir.com ) quoting your order number so that we can look into this for you and have it resolved right away.

Extremely disappointed!!
Bought the £70 bundle for £21 in the 70% off sale, product arrived in damaged packaging which I didn't mind too much as they were for me and the product itself wasn't damaged, however, once applied, the cream left the worst smell on my face and hands, sort of like a dirty damp cloth, very unpleasant. A complete waste of money for me as I most definitely will not be using again.

Because our face mask is scented with natural oils, they tend to change once applied to the skin. You may prefer to use the product as a wash off mask after leaving it on for 10 minutes rather than a leave on moisturiser.

Good Service
My product arrived 2 days after purchasing which is an amazing service and fast. This product has left my skin looking flawless and glow. BUT the one downside to this product is that when applying to the skin it has a nice smell, BUT a couple of minutes later it leaves like a ODOUR LIKE SMELL, which doesn't smell very pleasant at all.

Product shouldn't be used over and under eyes as it states on packaging and tube. It gave me small milia spots around my eyes. Not impressed

The product is good
The cream is good however, when ever I put this on my face, my eyes keep on getting watery and actually my water comes out. And its expensive as well.
