Always love the products, great quality and look great. Only reason for 4 stars was due to delivery issues. Which is a third party but would expect a high end brand to use a more trust worthy deli... See more

So I purchased a GLTC product via a third party and when it failed to be delivered within the agreed time slot, after reaching out to the company I placed the order with and receiving a very blasé response, I decided to reach out to GLTC directly.
I was not expecting much help as the contract technically was not with them, however their customer service was great.
They were very quick to respond to me and got an order sent out for me the next day! I am very impressed with their assistance and felt the need to let people know how excellent they were.
The item arrived within a couple days as they advised and I can confirm the quality of the item is great.
I would have no hesitation in ordering from this company and would highly recommend them.

I paid £500 for a bed frame and £15 for delivery on the 15th of November. The delivery was estimated 2-4 weeks. I ordered on a specific date to ensure I got it before Christmas. I have contacted the customer service team multiple times and have struggled to get a response. I finally got a response that there is an issue with my order and it will come after Christmas but I am no further forward as to when it will arrive and if it will even come. Absolutely shocking for the price I have paid !!!!!!
Placed an order for a book shelf. 10 later no contact so chased and they said they couldn’t find our address (new build) I confirmed it was correct. Then they told me they had no stock so it would be refunded. Then they told me they had stock and would be sent out. Chased again and told they need to confirm my address (this I confirmed :times). Then silence again! Chased and told they had refunded me…unsure why. Then I complained and asked to speak to a manger (no numbers just a generic email). Was then told it was being processed chased again and told order has been cancelled. Do not order from
After months of emailing, still no response from the non-existent customer service, item was returned as poor quality yet still £70 never been refunded
Ordered £200 worth of stuff, doll's house etc. 2 weeks and nothing. No customer service number to call for an update, just an email with a 'pledge' to respond within 72 hours. Oh, and a link to a shipping tracking app called Shop, which one has to register with first. Seriously GLTC? Is this what you consider to be excellent customer service? Based on this experience, would likely shop elsewhere in future, irrespective of the quality of product. Consumers should not be taken for mugs. Where we are, well we should speak with our wallets.
The service, delivery and help from this company is brilliant.
I had a problem with my order and the contact back and forth was so
helpful.
Thank you once again
Recieved my items today, after waiting for two weeks. I'm not sure where they are storing the items, but everything STINKS of mould. The £180 rug cannot be used in my son's nursery, even the plastic crates STINK! They are obviously being stored somewhere damp.
Frustrating customer service.
But over all happy with product when it finally turned up!
I placed an order a few weeks ago and It never showed up. I reached out to costumer service who after a while got back and a apologised and asked how I would like to proceed, I said that I would like to go ahead with the order as they assured it would be sorted out fast. The next day I still hadn't had a response so I emailed a couple more times. Eventually I had a response saying they were waiting for me to decide how I would like to proceed even tho I had sent multiple messages saying that I would like to proceed. I have now replied for the fourth time that I just want what I paid for and am still awaiting response. It just seems a very long winded and frustrating way to just get a problem that they made sorted.
Ordered a bean bag for one of the grand children for Christmas. Placed the order on the 22/11/25, it arrived today after 16 days, pathetically poor.
On delivery the items packaging was soaking wet, seeping through to the inner bag, with water stains on the actual bean bag.
Asked for a refund, waiting response from the not fast 'customer service' dept.
Just avoid. This firm will not be in business long.
Teatime cake sorter.
This is the most beautiful gift. It was packaged well with each individual cake in its own compartment. Whilst described as a shape sorter it is so much more- a tiny person’s dream present play. My granddaughter loves it.
Placed my order two weeks ago. The order is showing as 'confirmed', but no communication whatsoever about when it will be delivered (they have a 5-10 business day delivery window).
Sent multiple emails to the generic (and only) customer service channel and received no response. Chased over social media and someone finally came back to me to say that there had been a delay at their warehouse, but still no information about when my order will be sent.
They charged me the full amount when I placed the order, yet two weeks later I have no idea if or when my order will arrive, and no one is responding to me. The customer service and experience are terrible. I want to cancel my order and get a refund, but I don't know how to do that as they don't respond to the emails!
I purchased a bookcase 3 months ago ready to move home. When we went to in build it the fittings kit was missing as the box was damaged. Contacted GLT and they sent a new kit FOC that day - what excellent serivce
Sally went above and beyond for us (and we're also very happy with their products). Thank you!

Please get in touch. No telephone number to contact you re goods sent that are damaged. I paid for premium quality so am very upset that I can’t speak to someone on the phone to sort out this matter. I’ve emailed but not confident I will hear in time to get a replacement for my daughter’s birthday.
Had to arrange someone to build for me and I can’t dismantle it myself so I need someone to get in touch to sort out the replacement pieces. 3 are damaged. I paid £220 via Habitat/Argos for a desk.

I reached out to GLTC as Aspace, the original manufacturer of a bunk bed I purchased, went into administration and was no longer fulfilling its product guarantee. At first, I was informed that GLTC had not assumed responsibility for previous Aspace warranties. However, after further communication, the Customer Care Manager kindly arranged for replacement slats to be sent to me as a goodwill gesture.
While the process was initially frustrating, I truly appreciated the resolution and the professionalism shown in the end. The Manager was responsive, courteous, and I am grateful for her support in resolving the issue.

This is my first experience with The Great Little Trading Company. I asked them for help sourcing a furniture part. Despite the fact that I hadn’t even bought the piece of furniture myself, they responded quickly and very professionally and in such a friendly manner. Sally, in particular, found which piece it was and immediately sent me a replacement. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Danielle also checked that I had received everything I needed. If only all services were as efficient and friendly as this one, life would be so much easier and more pleasant. Thank you.

We ordered the Marshmallow play kitchen for my daughter's 2nd birthday. Time was limited beforehand so my husband only got around to building it the night before her birthday. When he erected it, the wooden counter top was damaged and broken and at risk of causing splinters, towel rail was missing, the magnet for the washing machine didnt hold the door shut and some of the screws didnt bit. It was a shame as such a lovely kitchen. We had a prompt response from GLTC when we emailed them and they issued a full refund to us, just disappointed as it was our first time ordering from GLTC and not to have a kitchen for our daughters birthday.
