These are the worst shoes I have ever…

These are the worst shoes I have ever ordered. I ordered my usual size and they were too small, and they were not comfortable at all. I emailed to let them know my concerns of my dissatisfaction and they insulted me by offering a 10% refund which would have only been $6.90. They are certainly not trying to gain repeat customers. They just want to scam you the first time and get your money.

I am writing this review about glide…

I am writing this review about glide footwear. I ordered a size 12 from glide and received a package of shoes that were size 8. When I contacted the company about returning the shoes. I was told that unless they were defective, they would not return them. And they would need to be returned to their store in Asia! However,I could keep the shoes, and they would give me 20% of my money back! They even suggested planting a tree for me!. This is obviously a scam. The shoes were a poor quality and cheap, and I still have not received an address to mail them back to. I found it necessary to file a dispute with my credit card company. SCAM

Stay Away!

Shoes are poorly made and if you want to return them you have to ship them back to China at your own expense. With so many legitimate shoe companies no need to waste your time or money with this company,.

I purchased shoes in my appropriate…

I purchased shoes in my appropriate size. The shoes are far too big so I contacted Customer Support to return and get a refund. I got a pretty quick, nice response, but they wanted feedback about the shoes "while they sent all the needed info to return the shoes". I did respond, but have not yet received the return info.

Glyde sold our business a stolen iPhone…

Glyde sold our business a stolen iPhone X...we couldn't figure out why it wouldn't work when we popped the Sim card in until we got a call from Verizon letting us know that the phone was reported lost or stolen and swapped out for another one and then Glyde proceeded to sell us that phone. Also, Verizon reported that the phone was already reported stolen/lost at the time the sale was made to us, meaning Glyde would've known this was a stolen phone if they actually checked in their database.

Horrible Customer Service

First of all, there is no customer service phone number. Second, if you have a problem, or if they send you the wrong item, you can only submit help requests through their website, or send an email to a non-existent address listed as their “service” email; to both of which, they do not respond.

Was nervous but they delivered

Was nervous but they delivered! Overall really happy with my product. iphone Xs (upgraded from a 6 so this was a big jump). No real scratches that I could see. Screen is perfect. Battery at 92% capacity. No complaints and it has been over a week since delivery. Also they managed to deliver on time despite the pandemic. Customer service was a bit delayed in responding but they were nice when they did.

I would not recommend anyone get the warranty. Tessa B seems cool but as of now the terms and conditions seem very vague and the warranty itself is serviced by another company that has mixed reviews. Glyde is good. Can't speak to their partners.

After searching for some reviews about Glyde.com, I couldn’t find many recent ones and decided to try it out anyway. This website is very much legit and I got the phone 2 days earlier than expected! I’m very satisfied with my new iPhone Xs Max
