Photo Album and pre-shoot package Scam

I booked a photo and pre-shoot package with Mr Mathan for my daughter's 1st Birthday. First our conversation was great and i felt he would be great and thats why i agreed to book him and received a contract of him. Then after pre-shoot we had some issues with him as he did not design the pre-shoot as agreed for my daughter's birthday party ( did not get to see the pre-shoot before the party) it was all wrongly put together in wrong order. After the party( thats when i got to see it) called him and explained the error. He started to be rude but still agreed to change it, saying it would be a favour to me with no extra charge ( why anyway as his fault). Then 3 month later I chased for the album etc, he called me one morning saying he will request his indian team to print today, when i asked him to view it so i can approve them he refused, saying it will be all fine. He was rude again and put me on pressure to accept his way. One month later he rang me to say the album has been received from India and I should come to London to pick up from him. I live in West Midlands and it would take me 2.5 hrs. So he offered to post them to me with a fee of £20 to be paid upfront. As per agreement i was told i would get the album, a photo print framed of large size (A2) and 3 dvds, 2 Blu-ray. All included in the package. He confirmed he would send it all across for that fee of £20. I then agreed with unhappiness but no choice. However i only received one album and one pen-drive. Nothing else. The postage on the package told me it costs £9.99. i had to msg him again but he said thats all i would get. And he is not answering back to me any more. I wish i would have gone to someone more expensive as i have now paid the total price of what i could get from someone else but at least would get what i paid for. Terrible service please don't fall for his sweet talking. He is a liar. I am now left with a devastating memory of my daughter's 1st Birthday and it has been a terrible and long-winded process with no satisfaction at the end. Only waste of money.
