I should have read Trustpilot before ordering from here. I ordered and the same day they send me the tracking number. After 5 days any update the item was pending to ship, I contacted Customer Service... See more

GNC pro membership is pointless don't do it.
I placed an $200 order on Nov 30th and it been 12 days and my order isn't here. I am a pro member and one of the perks is fast shipping. This is one of the reason i sign onto pro to help avoid going to the store and ordering my stuff when i run low on Pre workout. When i placed the order it said it would be here in 2-3 days. I called day 6 and the lady said it never shipped and she would re process the order and put 2 day shipping. I called again today day 12 to the guy telling me I need to wait another 5 days and if i don't receive the order then he can help or reach out to the carrier. I look at the tracking and the order wasn't even pick up yet just label created. I had to go to the store and purchase pre workout due to me not receiving my order and myself running out. This is my last order from GNC.
Terrible online order experience.
Terrible online order experience.
Placed an order during Black Friday..
No confirmation email received so I email them several times and heard no response.
Finally could live chat them today and they told me the order is cancelled. No cancellation email NTH. They also refused to price match if I place the order again now.
Never seen an online shop with such terrible customer service (Heidy was the one in livechat).
Terrible Ordering Experience-Charged but No Record of Order
Ordered some vitamins during their Black Friday sale. Used PayPal. Never got an order confirmation but the transaction invoice shows up in my PayPal account. Called customer service and they have no record of the order, yet they can't tell me why a transaction with GNC.com shows up in my PayPal account. I won't order anything from them again. Great products, lousy order support and customer service. No wonder I hear about them going out of buisness...
Update: I did get the order after much complaining and a trip to the local store (what's the point of ordering online if you have to go to the store?) The guy there knew about the order and said it had been shipped out. However, why didn't their main customer service know this? This all could have been avoided had they sent the confirmation email in the first place.
GNC double charged my CC and won't refund!!!
I made a purchase at my local GNC store. I had to return a product to get a refund, and instead of refunding my card they charged my card. So now, GNC owes for me twice the money. The local store can't figure out how to refund my money and had me call customer service at 888-462-2548, and they say they can't refund my money or provide me a code that the local store can use to exchange for another product. At this point GNC employees are incompetent and the customer service is not any better. I am contacting my bank to reverse the charges and I will never purchase from GNC again. Worst experience ever!!!
Was at the Woodruff GNC and walked in…
Was at the Woodruff GNC and walked in and the GNC employee didn't even say hello when I walk in . He was with a customer and taking pictures with this person so I left and went to another GNC. Very disappointed. He did even Acknowledge I was in there. I was in there for about 5 minutes. I was at the 1618 Woodruff rd.
Shady Practices !!!
Purchased $60 worth of stuff many months ago. Received an email today (10/22/2020) that a duplicate of that order is getting ready to ship. I go to their website and learn that they apparently signed me up for a subscription. I was able to cancel the subscription, but nowhere on their site is there the ability to cancel current order. I called their main toll-free number. Rep told me she couldn't cancel the order because it has been processed. Mind you, however, it has not yet shipped. I asked her, "Do you guys at GNC control your computers or do the computers control you?". This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. If it has shipped, I would understand. Any other reputable retailer would give you the ability to cancel an order that has not shipped (especially if you did not authorize the transaction). She said I can return it at a store for a refund. I asked her, "GNC accepts it to be feasible and cost-effective to ship me something I don't want, and then force me to go to a store to return it?". She then hung up! This is a scam! They force you to go through the inconvenience of accepting an order you do not want, then having to return it at a store! Shame on you GNC! I will never, ever purchase anything from you again! And I will tell everyone I know how shady you are! I have a recording of my conversation with the rep who hung up on me. I am going to post it on every social media site! SHAME ON YOU GNC FOR YOUR DESPICABLE PRACTICES!
Customer service is absolutely horrible and unprofessional.
Customer service is absolutely horrible! I contacted GNC on three occasions regarding an order with no resolution . GNC assured me they would send me an email with my order number and tracking number and never did. When calling regarding a problem, they’re not able to answer it nor do they offer any kind of assistance.
Order arrived and it was incorrect and no receipt or return address on box.
I asked my brother and sister on what…
I asked my brother and sister on what are their secret in staying slim and fit though I havent seen them doing routine exercise, especially my sister where she normally have big belly, but now saw it was flatten. They both shared to me that Barley and Turmeric of GNC is their secret. Now bought 3 bottles😀 to give it a try☺☺😉.
Customer service and fulfillment is the worst
I ordered several products online with a $20 discount for ordering over $100. I immediately got a email saying all the products were not available, so they cancelled my order and autoproduced a new order with the available products, with NO discount. I called to cancel immediately and was told they couldn't cancel any orders. I had to go thru the process of disputing the charge on my card. Also, once you are on their email list its almost impossible to unsubscribe. The unsubscribe option conveniently for them has no button to finalize your selection. I chatted with three CS agents all of whom said I would be unsubscribed and yet still getting the emails. I finally called a CS number on their corporate page. She told me she unsubscribed me. We shall see tomorrow. Its a shame because their products are good and mostly at good prices, but the CS is pitiful.
Pending Authorization for 30 Days
Ordered 2 products online 8.1, showed in stock. GNC canceled order same day due to not knowing when back in stock. Asked why they let me order, was told going thru transition and site was not updated. Then found out they are bankrupt. They never notified Paypal of cancellation, even thought they insisted, and blamed Paypal. They said Paypal was having issues with releasing holds. On the phone for many days, they insisted they did, Paypal said not. Took 30 days, then Paypal released the hold. Been a customer since the 80's. I'm done. Would give them zero if I could. They should have left things alone. It wasn't broken and didn't need to be fixed. They do not take care of their employees either. Talked in length to a store associate and was horrified. The company is very greedy.
NEVER RECEIVE THE NON FLUSH NIACIN VITAMINS AT THIS POINT
Last time my mom order my non flush niacin vitamins and they denied the right house address when they shipped it to the wrong place and at this time my mom made a complaint about the right amount of niacin vitamins and they denied the responses to us. We will never use GNC anymore. The company will be ashamed and the consumers shall throw all employees out and hopefully GNC should be going out of business anytime soon!!!!
GNC WARNING!! Ordering scam.
We've been GNC customers for 15 years. They don't care.
They shipped us a second $150 order days after the one we actually placed in 7/2020. Now we can't get a prepaid shipping label to return the second order.
We actually did take the second package to a FedEx drop expecting it to return but it was routed back to our house. They want us (we're nearly 70 years old) to drive 2 hrs round trip to return to the unwanted package to a GNC store. Or pay FedEx charges.
To add insult to injury the customer service reps will hang up on you.
You can read accounts of others having issues with their ordering infra structure yet they expect the customer to be liable.
It is truly frightening to consider consuming products claiming to augment your health when their attitude toward customer care is so shallow. Causes one to wonder if they truly care about the quality of their products.
I prefer them over amazon
I prefer them over amazon due to quality and followup in case there is ever an issue. I even got my money back once from a supplement that was clearly not as advertised.
Major Rip off go to Amazon instead
I needed some Isopure Protein Isolate. I use the zero carb unflavored. I usually order this from Amazon, but I waited too late and had to find some local. I knew I would pay more at GNC but I needed it that day. I didn’t notice the price, I used my debit and didn’t notice until I was out the door. Bad on me. Highway robbery! Two six ounce bags - $85!!! On Amazon I pay $19 a pound. GNC I paid $85 for 12 ounces. I was still in the parking lot so I went to return it. Nope. All sales are final. No returns. I sincerely hope COVID-19 drives them out of business. They DESERVE to be run out of business. I will never set foot in a GNC again. I wish I could give them a minus 10.
If i could give 0 stars..i would
If i could give 0 stars, or a negative rating i would. I ordered some vitamins from GNC.com, but I didn't realize that when i made that purchase, i was enrolling in a monthly subscription. Once i discovered this, i tried to call their corporate customer service number to cancel, and I was advised that subscription orders cannot be cancelled after being "processed" and/or shipped. The CSR told me that i could return the products to my local store once received, which clearly was a lie. I attempted to return the order to 3 local stores, and they all had different excuses. 1 store said they were a franchise location & couldn't accept returns for online orders, the 2nd store said they couldn't take any returns due to Covid (even-though every other store in this area rolled back their return restrictions in June), the 3rd store didn't even allow me to enter the store when they saw i had items i wanted return. I believe this is just a huge ploy by GNC to rip people off during the pandemic. They're going through bankruptcy, so they promise unsuspecting online shoppers 10% off, and in the very fine print it states it's contingent upon you enrolling in auto delivery/subscription. They then charge you 2 days earlier than the auto renew date that's established, so by the time you get the e-mail notifying you of your "upcoming" order and try to cancel you can't because its already in "Process" status. Then lastly, they make it nearly impossible for you to return the product.1 rep tried to tell me that the return exception applies to NJ only, and that i could try driving out of state. For what???! As someone who works in retail, at a major store that ended their return restrictions in June as per state guidelines, i know what he's saying is BS. Please save your money and do not support this sham of a company. It's not by mistake that they're going through a "financial Restructure" . Please don't waste your money, and most importantly your time. Now i have to pay an additional shipping fee to send this crap back since they don't even provide return labels. Oh, and their website says it may take up to 30 days for my refund to be processed. Buh Bye GNC! Your company lacks integrity.
Total eclipse (Assure detox)32 fliud…
Total eclipse (Assure detox)32 fliud ounce bottle. Do not use. Even if you follow directions completely it's not a hundred percent guaranteed you will fail a drug test most definitely. Not effective at all. The best thing u can do is stay clean. Do not trust this product
unsealed products made me sick
Two years ago I went into a GNC to buy protein powder. When I went home, the plastic seal around the cap was intact but the safety seal over the bottle was already torn off. I went to exchange the product giving them the benefit of the doubt. In order to make sure that it did not happen again, I requested to open the product in front of the clerk. Same thing. Opened safety seal. Tried with TWO more in front of the clerk and same thing. Opened safety seal. I got my money back and purchased elsewhere. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. I see a sale going on and decide to give GNC a chance again. I ordered online this time. Product was properly sealed this time but smelled disgusting— like cheese and feet. The texture was also sandy and not powdery like other products I’ve tried. Both times I consumed the product I was immediately nauseous and had “the runs” for hours. I’ve tried returning the product with the order confirmation number since they never emailed me the receipt, but have not had any luck. Their only other option was to get me to ship the product back with my own money. I genuinely think they replace the protein powder with another substance and try to reseal it and sell it. I left a review of the product on their website about my experience and it was taken down in less than 24 hours. I do not trust this company one bit. There are plenty of other places to buy supplements from and I implore you to go elsewhere to avoid getting sick.

If you have an account on GNC.com, they will put you as having a subscription even if you didn't do that yourself. They keep charging and sending you mass gainers even though you don't order them. They will charge your card even though you don't have a saved payment and they will keep charging you even though you cancelled your subscription. These guys are scewing people over!!
Awful customer service
Hands down this is among the worst customer service experiences so far. I ordered a tub of protein powder, paid for overnight shipping. It didn't arrive so I called customer service. While checking my order, the phone went dead. Called again and the wait was too long. I started a chat, found out that shipping overnight is from the time processing was complete, which it wasn't yet, 3 days after ordering. Another day or so later, I chatted again when it was clear that tracking from DHL showed it was not sent overnight, but was sent expedite. The guy I chatted with said he didn't understand why it was taking so long, but they don't deliver, and I should call DHL. Now DHL apologizes that there was a delay and it will be another 24-48 hours before delivery. I asked for a cancellation from GNC, and that was refused. It will be more than a week before my overnight shipment arrives. First shopping experience with GNC, never again.
Store#5849 Associate Eileen in Hialeah, FL.
I see a lot of non-sense complaints in here. People love giving a negative review when in fact the problem is you not the brand, nor the store, nor the store associate. Keep in mind that not all products are for everyone. We are all different. Never stick with one product always rotate them so the body will not get use to it and use what is recommended with appropriate dieting. That is just my 2 cents. Eileen from store #5849 was great. She is very knowledgeable, speaks nutritional and great Customer Service. She speaks English and Spanish. I recommend Eileen and GNC for your nutritional supplements.
