Very unprofessional, unreliable medical supply company that I have ever experienced. I had met them at CPHI Milan. They took my money and when we realised that the product is not approved by USFDA, instead of coming up with a solution they couriered the goods and now they are are stuck in US customs incurring me more charges. I humbly requested them many times not to courier the goods but they ignored me and actually never even responded to my calls or even emails. I have never met a more scamming healthcare business in my life.
