Update: the response below asked me to get in touch. I did exactly that and the guy who responded provided a completely irrelevant response. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
Placed an order in ample time for delivery for my nephews birthday. They gave what seemed already a reasonably long delivery window (ordered on 14th June, delivery by 19th to 22nd June). Particularly given there is a delivery charge. It's not like it's free delivery.
Delivery now on FRIDAY 26th JUNE - even worse!!! How long does it take to process and deliver an order?? Terrible. Company's fault not royal mail.
I emailed asking for a refund on their delivery charge. They declined and offered me a 5% discount off a future order. There will be no future orders.
The present will now be delivered late for my nephews birthday, so I will have to explain this to him (through his tears).
Don't deal with this company.

Don’t buy World Cup stickers from this store, bad customer service
Don’t order World Cup 2026 stickers from this store, they are selling what I believe to be fake stickers. I contacted customer service to highlight and they answered my complaint by asking me to log it in another way rather than just dealing with the issue.
It’s ruined the experience of collecting World Cup stickers this year because the fake stickers they are selling are the wrong size (mostly too small) and the colour is different. I compared the stickers to some from an official supplier and could clearly see and feel a difference. I already stuck quite a few before I noticed the issue, I thought it was just my sticking skills at first but it was not.
I’ve googled and don’t seem to find others who buy the official stickers having a similar issue so I think the likelihood they are fake is high but not 100%.
Hoping GoalInn will deal with the issue rather than fobbing me off

I write this email with great sadness I came to the post office and was told I have to pay to release my item I ordered I am very disappointed as I already paid for delivery of this item to me which Goal Inn had not delivered my items to the address I listed and also I was not told that I would have to pick up my order when and where I would pick it up I had to walk in the rain today when I was supposed to go to work I had to make a plan to go and get my order from the post office I was only told later where I struggled to find it as I had to ask a security guard in the heavy Cape Town rain as its winter here in South Africa now Goal Inn never communicated to me all this all I ever wanted was this limited edition Third Jersey Orlando Pirates t-shirt as its limited and Goal Inn happened to have it as I was searching I came across this website I was waiting with bated breath for delivery excited now I'm not anymore I wanted to show it off to my peer's at work who have theirs I didn't know that it would be this disappointing I mean doesn't goal Inn outsource their deliveries to other third party delivery people I just don't understand my hard earned money was taken and a service was not provided to me the customs was supposed to be covered by yourselves as I already paid for the delivery option I didn't get I thinking of getting some consumer rights act regarding this and a refund of my money to shop elsewhere I'll also leave an honest review about Goal Inn so that other South African's don't fall for this trap the website look's so good professional unlike the actual service it's a pity that your service was not good at all I'm very disappointed at a loss for words wanted to wear this at my birthday 🎂 in July 30 from now I've been saving money to buy this t-shirt

Since the customs duties are calculated according to the type/value of the goods and other factors unknown to us, we cannot include them in the final price. These and the applicable customs fees are automatically billed separately by the shipping company; please contact them as they handle this process.
That is why we point out on our product page (from where the item is placed in the shopping cart) and in the shopping cart that our prices do not include VAT and do not include customs duties (Switzerland, Norway etc.)
We point out on our homepage, in the terms and conditions and in the email of the order confirmation that our company is based in Spain.
