Also please make sure that all of your agents who enter our home make sure he/she wears their shoe covers. When they walk outside it’s dirty. So please don’t come back into our home with out your shoe covers on. Thanks

I had been with aptive pest control many years ago and canceled because non-consistent service and constant cancellations. It's about 6 years later and one of their people came to my door and I thought heck yeah. I had an appointment the 27th between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. by 11:00 as they had canceled I had taken work off. That made me frustrated. They rescheduled between 4:00 and 9:00 that very same day, at 9:25 at night I get a text that they canceled on me again. I called the next morning, which is today. They said they would for sure be herebetween 4:00 and 5:00, at 5:25 I get a text that they canceled. I called to discontinue service because this is only their second service call and they were clear that they would charge a lot if i didcontinue service. I spent 20 minutes on the phone arguing with them that they can't charge me cancellation service when they canceled me three times. I told them they should pay me the $200 x 3 for canceling on me if I have to pay $200 for canceling my service... After a long back and forth they did honor not charging me extra. I do not recommend them. They don't show for their appointments.

As far as Aptive itself I rate you a ZERO STARS. Rescheduling my appointment from Tuesday May 26th to Saturday May 23rd is unfortunate but it happens. BUT doing so via an unmonitored email at 6am on Saturday May 23rd is COMPLETELY ASSININE !!! Who reads their email on the weekend let alone on Saturday morning at 6:00 AM !!! YOU CREATED a disaster in-waiting if I had not been home when your technician showed up at 2:45pm. What a surprise when he showed up !!! DO BETTER as seriously your Customer Support ABSOLUTELY SUCKS !!! Very unprofessional and clownish !!
