Cannot recommend GOC enough. Extremely helpful from the get go, patient, helpful and friendly service, fast delivery and very fast fitting to an excellent standard. They are professional and take pride in what they do. Highly recommend and very very happy with the finished look of the full apartment floors. Great value and no compromise on quality.

I bought an engineered wood floor and carpet.
The wood floor was installed in the day arranged and it was a good fit service. However, just figure it out later on it wasn't the same I bought.
Regarding the carpet, they asked me to go to the store to take a look at the carpet again before installing because they said the new batch was a little bit different in colours. The surprise when I get there was they were trying to push me another type/brand of carpet. It wasn't at all about the batch, they didn't have what I bought. Patiently, I choose another one that was suitable to be fitted on the same day arranged before, two days from that day. I paid the balance because the available ones for the same installation day were more expensive. I received a call one day after to say the installation date would be delayed by 15 days as they would need to order the carpet on the factory.
To summarise it, lies after lies. You just waste your time choosing through the vast range of brands and colour they have at the store, but they will install whatever suits better for them sure that you would perceive the difference.
