I would give zero star if it was possible. When they sell the flat they tell 100s of lie and prmise everything. Our project is delayed by 2 years . Dont waste your hard earned money.
I believe this has been a very disappointing experience.
I originally wrote a review on 5th June, and I am posting again because my issue still has not been resolved. I have already spoken with three different people from the sales and marketing team, and now I have been told to contact Ms. Pallavi in the accounts department. Unfortunately, my messages have not even been seen for the five days, and I still haven't received any reply.
I still have not received my refund.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to think carefully before choosing Godrej.
Big scam
Beware from thier sales agent.
Navin Bajaj.
They will try to take your money for booking the plot based on your intrest and they will pressure you to deposit money otherwise you won't get your preferred plot.
Once you will deposit money, then will start making execuss.
We have paid money INR 2 lakh for desired plot, there after thier sales man called to deposit 10% then will confirm.
We paid and now Navin Bajaj is saying , that plot is not available and no refund yet. Why Navin collect money, if they don't had plot.
Now he is not answering the call.
Even i called godrej +918287882878
But no solution.
Customer care +918655877956 is saying that Navin Bajaj will give solution , while I have problem with him. Before deposit the money , he was calling always but now no response, not picking the call.
Very poor customer service from the godrej.
We are communicating with him since Feb 2025.
Godrej is spoiling thier brand image by thier sales agent and Telecallers...
