I ordered three items from their website and shipped to Europe. The order was sent in two separate packages. One of the products was no longer available, so they asked me to choose another. The packages arrived quickly via UPS.
The products are very nice (made in China).
Communication with customer service was very good, although responses were a bit slow (48 hours).

Ordered a t-shirt from pre-fall season it came, slow shipping even when charged and labeled 2-3 day priority with signature which was not an option that just popped up, the shirt is fantastic quality for sure, not sure why no one has given them any review at all but ill be the first, and I always order using paypal or shop pay just to ensure payment safety when using new websites.
