Go Easy Repair is a very poor service provider and cannot be trusted at all. They have been looting customers in the name of door-to-door service. On 4th July, I got my Vivo V25 touch screen replaced at my home by them for ₹6000, with a warranty of 6 months. However, on 30th August, the touch screen stopped working. I immediately complained to Mr. Vikas on mobile number 88829 35167 and was assured that a technician would visit my home on 31st August to check it. But no one came. Despite repeated calls, they did not respond. Finally, I had to get my phone repaired at the Vivo service center. Because of them, I suffered a net loss of ₹6000 + ₹5500, apart from the time wasted. So friends, please be careful and do not trust such a company.

FIR done against Go easy repair , not returning my mobile
Took my motorola edge 30 & changing fault type evry time .Changed original parts . Made my mobile worst compared to its original condition . Now not returning my mobile device. Finally done FIR against them. Lets see what happen..will they return my device or not..pathetic customer care
