I bought a shopping trolley from here and the left of the handle kept coming out,it's from temu but the company is called Gofairdeals,paid £36 and still nothing done,I am not returning,they're mistake they can arrange collection, absolutely shocking company going by reviews on other places
Bought an Ab Doer Twist Pro with this company. As I received it, the foam grip on core support column was damaged, the foam grip on arm bar right side was ripped as well and the instructional DVD was faulty. The parcel was not damaged on arrival, so this must have happened before packaging.
I mailed them about it, told them I could live with the ripped foam, but I wanted a new instructional DVD. The answer was:
"Hi many thanks for your email really sorry to hear that sorry but we haven't anymore of these in stock but we could send you a video link so you could download it
Awaiting your response". (By the way, they still sell them on their site!!!)
As I asked for the link, I got this answer back:
"Hi Many thanks for your email. the link we wanted to send is broken. so we are will send you the youtube link. there are quite few in videos. please that might help. regards
cs"
Of course I couldn't accept that. The Ab Doer was damaged on arrival and the DVD part of the package I paid for! The DVD sells for 12,4 £ (20$) on the web, so I asked them to get it for me, or make me a reimbursement on the amount. That was on October 3. and I haven't heard a word from them since!!!
Driving a business that way is unacceptable, so my advice to you is:
Don't buy your stuff here, look elsewhere!!
