Order did not arrive and no explanation given
My order was due to be delivered on the 3rd July but it did not arrive. I contacted Goff the following week and was told the driver couldn't find our address. Odd as you have been delivering oil to us here for 20 years. Nobody bothered to inform me. The delivery date was rescheduled to Friday 10th July. When the driver arrived he told me he could only fill my oil tank with 200 litres rather than the 1000 I had paid for. This was apparently due to needing to deliver oil to other homes who had already been given this delivery date. He said the 800 litres I was owed would be delivered early the following week (13th or 14th July). It was obviously not the driver's fault (whom I have met before) and he was polite and professional. I later received a further email from you saying the 800 litres would not actually be delivered until 16th July. Given that you have had my money since 25/06/26 this whole experience has been unacceptable. I would welcome a response.

Excellent service as always
Excellent service as always. Almost £65 cheaper than a previous quote from another supplier. Delivery went ahead a few days after I ordered. No problems and the delivery driver was a really friendly guy.
Even though i always get quotes from other suppliers, i always end up getting supplied by Goff. First class service.
