I bought a 500$ Bioshock subject delta figure and a 200$ elite bouncer figure along with a Rosie figure j bought them two years ago and I’m still waiting for a response.

I bought a halo 3 red elite for $144.99 and it says payment error but when I check my bank app on my phone, I lost $144.99. And now PayPal is the solution to my problem???

Not reputable. They seriously disappointed my son by canceling my order for his birthday gift claiming that the item is out of stock. I searched their site and found the item listed for $50.00 higher. Not customer centric, I would imagine they do not have any repeat customers.

It's a scam.
They have a wide stock available, but if they think they can sell for a better price, they will return your money say they were "out of stock" and jack up the price of the item you ordered.
Basically, they will only sell you the item in stock if they think they can make a substantial profit off of you. And if they think the price advertised was too low, they will claim items are out of stock when they're not.
Extremely deceptive business practices. Should not be allowed to sell on the internet. Exploring options about how to report and expose these crooks.

I ordered a Rocky Balboa action figure from Go Figure Inc. on 6/11/21 and it was supposed to be delivered on 6/17/21 in time for my stepsons birthday. I watched for it on 6/17, 6/18, 6/19 and no delivery. Not even an email to say there would be a delay or anything. I emailed them on the evening of 6/19/21 to inquire about it and I received a response that they were out of that particular toy and I had 3 options: refund, order a different item, or be placed on a back order. I chose back order and replied to them asking for them to keep me updated on the shipping. They almost immediately responded with an ORDER CANCELED and refund issued. I feel the guy was just mad that I asked for updates. I will NEVER order from them again. I paid $189.00 and feel that they should have at least kept me in the loop on the situation or simply taken the product off the list of options to order. Don’t count on receiving your order from them!

BE WARNED. I ordered three different Star Wars items from Go Figure totaling well over $200. Paid immediately via PayPal. Later in the same day I was refunded the full amount, and told they’re “Not in Stock.” All three items?!? Weird, no?

Oddly enough, that trio of items... is still up for sale.

Would you care to guess if the prices of these three items will all rise on their website after my interest?

I just had the same problem as many people have. Unfortunately I didn’t look up the company first. Made an order of 9 figures totaling $454.. shortly after they charged me I got an email saying they were sold out!! There is some kinda funny stirring going on here !!! No way that all 9 different figures sold out in the time it took to add them to the cart & check out!! No way

fake website, not a good place to buy

The guy has several figures listed and I made a reasonable purchase ($200ish) with multiple items. I was refunded all my money because the owner says he's sold out of ALL THE ITEMS. No apology, explanation or anything. I went back on the website a week later and all the items were still showing as available. Not sure what to make but my experience was very poor and I was extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service after the whole entire order was just canceled

Had the same problem. Went to buy a figure for 139.99. Money goes through. And 3 days later I get a email saying that they don't have it in stock and they refund my money. Then I check the figure again. It says in stock but now Its 149.99. Yeah not spending my money here.

I worked very hard to be able to buy a $99 action figure and when I finally got enough money they shot up the price to $125!

I ordered 4 figures from them May 8th $49.99. Then they refund my $$ and say they don't have any in stock. A week later they're up to $74.99. I messaged asking if I get the figures at the previous price. "Sorry, still sold out". Wow, that's funny, you don't put sold out on your website and within a week you raise the price on figures you don't even have in stock. Amazing how that works.

Pretty shady store. Went to purchase a figure that was listed as in-stock, received an email a few days later saying figure was out of stock, then noticed the figure was still listed as in-stock, but the price had somehow doubled. Do they hate business?

I bought a piece online 4 days later i had a email sent saying was no longer available. The checked on the web site and he listed the item I ordered but as in stock and changed price from 162 to 386 . So i asked and he said wrong price and he changed it and it wasn't supposed to be on the site. I asked so what about my order. He told me mine was sold and i had to wait 1 to 2 weeks. I didn't give u my money so i could wait on a fig . My first and last time visiting that site. Be warned shady site even shady owner. I am spreading the word!!!

They got what you want listed. I placed the 1st order, an item did arrive, it looked like it had been run over by a truck(partial refund) Next time I tried, happy to take your money, you'll receive a invoice or receipt. A week or so will past and after a few e-mails and/or calls the item(that hasn't been made in years anyway) "Is no longer available" or "Our supplier is out of it." In a few days the item was listed again, but for 40% more than was originally.
