Got a gift card for my work anniversary- choice of gift cards for stores and brands was really poor. I’d never heard of most of the options available. Then the choice of gifts was also really poor… lots of kitchen knives and things for a household that cost much more than the value of my gift card!! Then the email comms were poor, lacked clear instructions and similar with the website - all just a little bit unexciting and, well, m’eh
