I havent received my Swarovski card
I havent received my Swarovski card, but my credits has been taken already and i couldn't reconnect to site again:( I have sent request to support, but in reality really complicated process, i have received awards from my company and to many actions to spend it, and still unsuccessfully

I went to redeem my points for a gofits…
Got a reply but no new token from them, just didn't bother to give me a new voucher.
I went to redeem my points for a gofits card and in doing so I did what is needed and requested a new all4gifts card and the gogifts sent me a fake code that I cannot use and took my money in the process and refuse to answer me via email at any stages, I think this is a disgrace since I built up those points in good honest surveys. Not nothing off gogifts but a fake code that was already issued to me last month.
Can I please get my points back? and hold responsible gogifts for this?

A lot of faffing about
A lot of faffing about to finally get gift card code.
Make this easier and quicker.
Other companies have a straight forward process within less than a minute. With you it took over 20 minutes to finally get code. Like watching paint dry. Ridiculous.

I cannot claim the gift card link…
I cannot claim the gift card link provided by WOGI. I followed customer service instructions to log into my wogi.sg account first on the same browser before opening the link, but the page still stuck on the gift card detail page and failed to load normally. I have tried clearing browser cache and switching mobile network, but none of these methods worked. I suspect the gift card link is invalid or already claimed, and customer support cannot solve this issue effectively, which caused great trouble to me.
