Tip: make sure you read the instructions carefully and submit the correct size, resolution, colour palette, file format for smooth printing process

You responded to my whatsapp query even though it was way past office hours, which I did not expect, answering many of my questions quickly and politely. After submission of artwork, to my surprise, you sent it back to me for amendment and approval before office hours!
