Fairly quick and easy onboarding
Fairly quick and easy onboarding. Nitesh was helpful in explaining things and recommending appropriate solutions to problems or responding to inquiries. The one thing I'd add is that in an email I received, prepping me for onboarding, I was encouraged to request a recording. I did so at the END of the onboarding call and found that my experience hadn't been recorded. It would be helpful for that email to mention this request should be made at the START of the onboarding call.
