Great Onboarding Experience
Just finished an onboarding call with Nitesh C and had a great experience. He walked me through all the feature of the very comprehensive software and made it easy to understand. Also helped me solve a technical issue I was having on the call as well. Was very polite, professional, and patient throughout the call.

I have only been in GoHighLevel for a few weeks but the chat/zoom support has been nothing short of fantastic! Nitesh just helped me with a complicated sending email issue in multiple workflows. He even went into Wix with me to fix a TXT record that was quarantining our test emails and we fixed it together! Truly helpful. That doesn't even cover how many extra features I have discovered in GoHigh Level with prior support teams, such as using Surveys to do multi-step web forms with conditional logic no less. I can't recommend GoHigh Level more highly.
