I would give zero stars if I could.
We ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a chicken cheeseburger with wedges , some teques da Vinci & onion rings, and it arrived as a plain burger, no sauce, no salad with 2 slices of burger cheese slapped in a dry bun. Looked awful. The chicken burger was ok the cheeseburger was cold. The teques were not great and a couple of them were very cold in the middle (obviously cooked from frozen but not for long enough)
The fries and wedges were on the wrong plates. We kept trying to get the waiting staff attention for the onion rings but finished most of our awful meals by the time we could get attention. I told him my wedges were cold and we wanted onion rings. He just repeated “frio” back to me until I insisted he take them back.
He returned after ages with the new wedges and about a third were cold.
We ate the warmest ones. Still no onion rings. My partner asked twice for the bill and the waitress just walked off into the kitchen.
He had to go up to the counter to get the bill which was still not being done. The onion rings finally arrived. I told him no- we had completely finished our awful food and drinks and we no longer wanted them. It was a terrible first experience of Goiko, expensive and rubbish food with bad service and no apology or recognition of the abysmal experience. We won’t bother going back.
