You get about 1 year daily use out of these straighteners before you need a new pair.. I’m on my SECOND pair and they’ve broken. I paid over £200 for my first pair. Not really acceptable for the price. Not happy.

Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. They sent me faulty product and straight away refused to take it back. Lot of excuses and I ended up spending money on product which doesn't work as advertised.

Great customer service
We received a defective hair straightener, but the customer service was absolutely perfect. They were quick to respond, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. The issue was resolved efficiently, and we truly appreciated the support. Mistakes can happen, but great customer service makes all the difference!

Sold wrong product!
In Bologna Cosmoprof Ross said to us ceramic was not good and offered infrared hair straightener with another one sold together (seems was titanium plates). We bought these two straighteners and at home we found ceramic one instead of titanium! What a delusion!!! We would like to change!!!
