I ordered 2 boxes of golden bird nest

I ordered 2 boxes of golden bird nest: 480 dollars each x 2 plus 5.99. They sent me on box in 8 x11 envelop verified by Fedex. I had to call at least 14 times before anyone picked up and they said sent 2 boxes. How could 2 boxes of 8 x10 fits into an envelop of 8x 11. I was so mad and wasted so much of time to call deal with them and call my credit cards. High recommended to stay again from them. Could be an honest mistake or dishonest business.
