In the "All Rewards" section, you can see in real time how much time you have left to earn the next reward. If you feel the timer stop, you can try refreshing the game stream or checking your network connection. If you reach the end of the reward period, you won't be able to earn any more Game Time, but you can switch to another game and start earning from scratch!
You'll receive your rewards as soon as you finish, but in some exceptional cases, it may take up to 48 hours.
If you haven't been able to play for that long, it could mean we can no longer find the game on your phone. This happens if you delete the game from your device and re-download it, if you access your Game Time account from another phone, if the game was already on your phone, or if you reset your phone's Advertising ID. In these cases, you will no longer be awarded Game Time for that game.

Numerous times I have spent 10-15 minutes of my time and complete the survey after which they tell me I don’t qualify- it’s very unfair to your clients- why can’t they ask qualifying questions at first so we don’t get disqualified after completing the surveys

Means of payment is so frustrating, no cash except through gift card, tremendous Visa card is the hardest of it all, also survey is hard to come by and reaching the threshold is a hustle. I used to love doing the surveys and if you were not a match for a survey you were told after a few mins but the last number of surveys I did I went all the way to the last question and then it told me I wasn't a match this is very frustrating see some of those surveys take a long time I really don't think I'm going to bother any more
