We could not recommend Goldfinger enough!

My engagement ring had been bought abroad (and so we couldn't just go and buy the matching wedding ring!) and as we both wanted something that couldn't just be bought on the high street we thought that a bespoke service might be a good place to start. I had met Goldfinger at wedding fairs (being a fellow wedding supplier myself) over the years and thought that we could start there. Needless to say... we were sold straight away!

Our rings are completely perfect, as was the customer service. We both lost weight over the pandemic, which also meant that our wedding was postponed by 9 months, which meant that our rings were the wrong size. That was no trouble, Jo simply came round to measure them, sent samples for my partner to try over several days and then our rings were resized as part of the service.

Utterly brilliant and perfect in every way. Such a special way to ensure that the lasting evidence of our marriage is exactly as we wanted.

This is the second time I have used goldfinger. Having done an amazing job on our wedding bands, when I wanted some extra diamonds added to my engagement ring they were the only ones I would trust. And I was absolutely right, they did an absolutely incredible job. My engagement ring and my wedding band now sit together like they’re two of the same set. I absolutely adore my rings and cannot stop staring at them. Not only do they do a fanastic job, Julie and Phil and Jo are all such lovely people to work with. Julie even came an hour out of her way to deliver my engagement ring back to me to make sure I had it in time to go away. Absolutely fabulous people, talented, friendly and super helpful. Huge range of rings to try on, rings are stunning even tho i have a shaped wedding it fits perfect and great customer service :)

I was sceptical about using these jewellers at first as there was no shop in Southwater near where I live, just a workshop. Anyway after several phone calls, Jo came to my home and helped me to re-size my wedding and engagement rings. She even left examples for me to try. The service and value for money is exceptional and my rings were delivered back to me fitting perfectly and had been cleaned and buffed to look as good as new.

On discussing this with my daughter I learned that she they were the same company she had chosen to design her wedding ring having found them at a wedding fair. As she lives in SE London, they obviously provide this personalised service across a wide geographical area. I will use them for everything in future. Great family business.

WOW.. it was the most amazing service. Visiting us with loads of ideas which helped us narrow down to our ideal rings, Phil had so much time for us and no pressure to commit, which was refreshing. After that first visit we were hooked and both Phil and Julie were more than happy to meet or revisit to ensure we got the rings exact and were happy with our order. To sum up our experience with Goldfinger Rings: A personal, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating service.

We met Julie from Goldfinger Rings at a wedding fare where we arranged for her to come to our home one evening during the week to show us some rings and provide us with some prices.

Julie arrived at our home on time as planned and brought with her so many different types and styles of rings for us to try on. She gave us a large empty ring box each and told us to try as many as we liked and to put the ones which we liked in our own box. This then helped us to establish what we each wanted our rings to look like, which we initially wasn't too sure of so this was a really helpful exercise and Julie was so patient with our (my) indecisiveness.

Julie provided us with a very competitive price for our rings and gave us the option to pay monthly rather than all at once, which was such a huge help to us.

The rings were ready earlier than expected and Jo delivered them to our home one evening during the week. The rings were delivered in a box presented inside a gift bag filled with confetti, which we thought was a really nice touch.

After our rings were delivered I contacted Jo a week later as I felt my ring would be too tight to get on during a hot summers day (when our wedding is), and Jo arranged without hesitation or fuss to come and collect the ring that evening to make the adjustment. My ring was delivered back to me within one week.

Our rings really are perfect and we are so happy with them. To say that we were happy with the service would be a huge understatement. Goldfinger Rings make the experience and process so personal and easy, and we really do feel that they went that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Their devotion and hard work really is very admirable.

We would without doubt recommend using Goldfinger Rings ahead of any high street jeweller.

As per the title, Goldfinger are outstanding. From the start i felt as if i was really valued as a customer and that nothing would be too much.

One of the things i love about Goldfinger is the family element. A family run business is worth my money over the high street any day.

Goldfinger made my wedding ring for my upcoming wedding and let me just say, it is incredible. I gave them an image of an idea i had and they worked with it 100% and delivered something better than what i had in mind.

One thing of concern was cost. Im a z+6 ring size so will always need bespoke. I thought Goldfinger would be too expensive, in the end they turned out cheaper than the high street and the finished product is 1 million times better.

I first came to know about Goldfinger at a wedding fair. My now husband and I were really impressed that we were able to design our own rings with a specialist who visited us at home, at a time that suited us. In all honesty we were expecting that it would probably be too expensive. However, when we went through what we wanted we were very pleasantly surprised at the rings being affordable, whilst not scrimping on materials or quality of workmanship. The consultant also gave different options in terms of materials, dimond size etc. in the style and design we wanted so that we had different price options. It ended up that we ordered both my engagement and wedding rings with Goldfinger and my husbands wedding ring. Julie, who is one of the owners of Goldfinger, liaised with me via email about little changes along the way. Julie always came back so promptly to my questions, which really impressed me.

Five years on and after the birth of our little boy my husband suggested that we look for an eternity ring. Anyway, I thought of contacting Goldfinger and we were visited by Phil, the other owner of the company. He was able to make an absolutely stunning eternity ring that I am over the moon with. I know that I would not have got a ring I would be more pleased with from any highstreet jeweller. The quality is outstanding and the service was amazing. I rarely write reviews on sites like these but I absolutely had to for Goldfinger. Thank you to everyone at Goldfinger.

I cannot recommend Goldfinger more. Firstly they are an absolutely lovely family and secondly their work is second to none. The first time I used them was through a recommendation from a friend. They made our wedding rings. Their approach was so personal. From visiting the house to making sure our rings reflected our personality. I have since used them for other pieces and so has my brother and I can honestly say they went above and beyond anything I expected to ensure what I wanted was right for me. Not stopping until it was perfect. Nothing is ever any trouble and my personalised jewellery is perfect and even more personal now that Goldfinger were involved in creating it. We love having them as our family jeweller and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I got married in 2009 and we had phil come to see us. He is so lovely. Explained how it all works and how anything is possible! I was in my element. After picking out a few rings I loved, phil explained that because of the unusual shape of my ring he could make a wedding band to fit exactly and I couldnt have been any happier. I have sent it back over the years to have more diamonds added and everytime I get it back its like xmas day! I couldnt recommend goldfinger enough. My husbands ring was also a talking point as it is so unique and again we r planning on sending his bk to have dates added. Thanks so much ♡

I was recommended Goldfinger by a friend of mine who got married in August 2012 and I'm glad I approached them.

I needed a bespoke wedding ring as my engagement ring was an unusual shape. I visited a few other independent jewellers but no-one offered the same price as Goldfinger and I was very impressed with the initial contact and visit from the local rep. Once the ring was ordered, it took a few months for it to be made (only because I was ordering this well in advance i think and it wasn't the usual waiting time) and I did admitedly have to do quite a bit of chasing. There was also a bit of a hiccup with the diamonds being set in place before I had had a chance to try on the ring to check the sizing/shape against my engagement ring. When the rep came round to deliver the ring, I had voiced my concerns as the diamonds didn't look right in the positioning they were set in. The rep was quite rude at this point and did put me off the company temporarily. After sending an email to complain, it was explained to me that the rep had actually just handed in her notice and apologised profusely for her behaviour. Julie then really pulled a finger out and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy, even driving over 1.5hours to meet with me at my house to discuss what I wanted and offered to change the ring as no extra charge. She spent a very long time with me that evening to make sure I was 100% happy with any changes that needed to be made and made me feel a lot happier about the whole situation.

The changes were made to the wedding ring and it was delivered a few weeks later and I was over the moon with the quality and finish of the product - it was perfect! During our last appointment, Julie discussed my engagement ring and we decided to have it re-sized (it was a little too big) and polished up in time for the big day. I sent this off last week and it was returned today and they did an amazing job of changing/cleaning it. I can't thank them enough!

Overall, although there were some teething problems to start with, I would not hesitate to recommend Goldfinger to anybody hoping to get a ring made/adjusted. Things do sometimes go wrong but it is the quality of customer service fixing this problem which really counts and Julie & her team were excellent.

Phil (the owner) came to our house in Fleet and designed our rings with us and then delivered them before the wedding. They are far better than I expected, heavier, and have really stood the test of time. Mine is two colour 18ct gold and Steve's is 18 ct yellow with engraving included, it was a much friendlier experience than tramping round the shops on a Saturday afternoon.

You need to use goldfinger we used them for our wedding rings.Paul came to us at a time to suit.he bought along trays of rings to choose from or you could design your own which we did.we only had to pay a deposit on the night and they allow you to pay in instalments. We found this eased the pressure as paying for a wedding isn't cheap.

You can have engravings inside the rings that were free of charge bonus !!

The rings were delivered again at a time to suit and they were in beautiful boxes and were perfect.

Please don't even think of a high st jeweler goldfinger provide the personal service and the quality is second to none
