Ann in the Llanelli Store was so kind and helpful; she let me know what was happening with my order and the ring being sized. Before buying the ring over the internet, I rang and spoke to Ann in the Llanelli Shop, she was able to answer all my questions. She is a credit to the store and such a lovely person.
